Milkshakes are way too thick. It's like frozen yogurt. I want to use a straw, not a spoon for a milkshake.

We had a great lunch there. I actually ate off the junior menu for $4.69 and had a great lunch! That included a drink. The other menu was I think 569 / lunch which included a mean sandwich, too side orders, and a drink. Again, another great deal! The food was warm and very well prepared!

Only complaint was the cashier looked dirty and bleach stain all on shirt but food was
Cheeseburger and a BLT. Both were good. The BLT was served on a soft burger bun. Not sure if toast would have been an option but it was still good, crispy bacon. Getting in and out on 360 is a pain with all the construction work going on. Hard to see the entrance through the orange barrels. Great shakes! I had the peppermint.

First I have to say the staff was very polite and helpful. And this is a pretty clean location with an indoor seating area. Main reason for the three stars was that the food just wasn't that good. We actually had brought our animal over to the local vet that was next door and while we were waiting my wife and I stopped over here to grab lunch. I got a junior tray with two corn dogs onion rings and hush puppies. The corn dogs were very soft like they had been sitting for quite a while the onion rings were a little chewy and had no taste, the only bright spot in my mail where the hush puppies. My wife got a plain hot dog cheese bites and French fries. The hot dog look like it came out of the Seinfeld episode where it had been cooking in a theater hot dog rotisserie for years. She said it was a little tough to buy into. I feel like they just have so many options that they just can't be great with everything. I know they're hamburgers are usually really good but today was a huge disappointment in the food.

Mechanicsville location visited recently ordered a double burger tray, 2 sides then each item was an add on and price just got lettuce. Manager and staff ok. Got back to table opened burger and it was like two half patties side by side, didn't even fill the roll. Was a regular this is a good way to lose customers the patties were so thin I swear if you held them to window you could of seen through them. The burgers were so much thicker before and juicier, that was the difference from other burger joints, sort of a bait and switch from when they opened.

Burgers and Wraps were good. Amount of chicken nuggets and onion rings were lackluster. Is there a nugget and onion ring shortage? Peanut Butter Banana shake didn't seem to be spun. All the Peanut butter was at the bottom. Sub Par food, disappointed!

Fire everyone including the manager and get new STAFF!! At least put someone at the window that knows how to treat and respect your customers. Everyone is flat out rude and will laugh in your face! The food is never correct and if you ask for anything like condiments or straws they act like they are irritated by you. Then they will cuss at you and stand in the window and talk about you as loud as they can!! By far the rudest place to visit in Mechanicsville!! When ordering you have to repeat several times and they get an attitude because clearly they can’t understand simple orders!! Maybe get some adults that have morals and customer service skills!!
