Used drive thru. Ordered 3 toasted bagels. All were very hard, and overly toasted. One bagel was significantly smaller than the other two. We were already back on the road before we opened the bag. If we weren't on a long trip, we would have turned around and gone inside to get new bagels.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts with customer service, there is an employee name Ambyre She always has an attitude. She always breathe hard in the mic whenever you order something that’s apparently inconvenient for her… They need a whole new set of staff. This is not the location to have disrespectful grown women acting like 16-year-olds working

Worst dunking donuts ever that guy took forever to finish the avocado toast and hashbrowns he had a bad attitude
Went for doughnuts only. Friday and they were filling big orders for drive thru and online so had to wait.

Order delivery sent me cold burnt old bacon, then they were out of egg bites and didn’t give me refund or replace the item with something else. Coffee taste horrible and couldn’t even drink. Should go out of business
