This Dunkin is very unorganized. I highly recommend that you do NOT try to place a mobile order. The people there will slam the window on you, and tell you they do not see the order. Then when you try to show the order on your phone, they’ll refuse to look “they don’t look at people’s phones”. I’m not asking you to take the phone, just verify that you see what I see. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Go anywhere else.

Don't go here at peak times unless you want to wait for a while. The morning rush was not handled easily here and the app made it worse by telling me to wait until I was closer to place my order. Waiting until I was closer made me have to wait that much longer and made me late.

Girl with blue hair is extremely rude! She overcharged me for my coffee. I asked her for receipt she handed it and just walked away knowing what she did. Then left me sitting at the window until another girl kindly helped me. That place has really downhill over the last few years! Won’t be back!!

Went through the drive-through. I really didn’t like the drink, which was a pumpkin spice coffee and the bagel. They gave me with no butter and they didn’t let me put my own cream cheese on which was thick and I really didn’t have any taste so I wasn’t a fan of that

Seems like no matter when you go even close to open they never have any of their food or donuts and takes forever to get through drive through just to find out they don’t have anything… place is a joke and staff seem useless and rude half the time… happened so often now it’s not even worth trying anymore, wish they would close down for a krispy krème 😩

I don’t think they even want customers with how bad the service here is. I stopped going a year ago cause anything I asked to order on the menu they were somehow out of like one time they even told me they were out of donuts when it’s literally called Dunkin Donuts. For the first time in ages I gave them another try and they locked the doors and no one was answering the drive thru. I looked up to see if they were open and they indeed were, the employees sat there and looked straight at me as if their job isn’t literally to take my order like why did you even apply for the job if you didn’t wanna work???
