Worst dunking donuts ever that guy took forever to finish the avocado toast and hashbrowns he had a bad attitude
Went for doughnuts only. Friday and they were filling big orders for drive thru and online so had to wait.

Order delivery sent me cold burnt old bacon, then they were out of egg bites and didn’t give me refund or replace the item with something else. Coffee taste horrible and couldn’t even drink. Should go out of business

This Dunkin is very unorganized. I highly recommend that you do NOT try to place a mobile order. The people there will slam the window on you, and tell you they do not see the order. Then when you try to show the order on your phone, they’ll refuse to look “they don’t look at people’s phones”. I’m not asking you to take the phone, just verify that you see what I see.
Not the first time this has happened at this location. Go anywhere else.

Don't go here at peak times unless you want to wait for a while. The morning rush was not handled easily here and the app made it worse by telling me to wait until I was closer to place my order. Waiting until I was closer made me have to wait that much longer and made me late.
Girl with blue hair is extremely rude! She overcharged me for my coffee. I asked her for receipt she handed it and just walked away knowing what she did. Then left me sitting at the window until another girl kindly helped me. That place has really downhill over the last few years! Won’t be back!!
I just paid $3.11 for 4 little hashbrowns. Ridiculous. Will not be getting food from here again.

Simply put, poor customer service and poor product (stale). Whoever conducts orientation needs to incorporate customer service and the importance of having people skills, especially while working the front counter.
Super slow drive through. One person during morning rush.
