This is my fourth trip to this Dunkin’ Donuts in a few months where the site is out of donuts. I understand in some cases why this may happen. Patterns suggest a lack of concern. Hope it turns around.

My coffee was pretty much just cream, I asked for a medium iced coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creams, it had no coffee flavor at all. I love Dunkin, but not this one !

ive noticed a few of the workers in the drive thru lack customer service skills. they just hand you your food and give you a snarky look! i also will say that this store is out of donuts half of the time i ever want any. my coffee is always excellent though so ill give this location that.

I ordered 2 dozen online the night before. I arrived and was told they had no record of the order. I showed them the order on my phone. Instead of trying to help make it right or even just taking my order and letting me pay, they had me stand around. Meanwhile, they ran out of glazed, the kind I wanted.They were busy, but . . . .

The young ladies were delightful. They suggested mocha in my ice coffee. It was delicious! Who knew. I've been drinking their ice coffee the same way for about 40 yrs. Nice change.

This Dunkin is a joke. Everything on the menu is not available in the store and they just refund you . Don’t even waste your time

Don't plan on having a variety when coming here. Placed an order at 10am and they had 6 types of donuts, essentially the ones that very few people wanted. Customer service was lacking. I'm sorry I placed an order on the app that won't show if you are out a donut type and now I have none of the donuts I ordered. So basically a waste of my money.

Got my order completely wrong and they were super rude about helping correct it. I really should have listened to the negative reviews :( It's such a convenient location but please do not come here, I promise they will not get your order even remotely correct
Two times recently, I have gone in the afternoon to get donuts for the following morning. The previous time they had NO donuts. Today they had so few that it was difficult to make a dozen. Since they aren't made there, why aren't more delivered there after the morning rush?
