Great food,Great Service.. The owner walks around and ask you is everything ok and even makes sure you have everything you need. Now that's customer service at it's best. The food is excellent they take care of all your needs. Clean restaurants even the bathrooms. Thank yal you treat people like family. Great job

Very friendly and welcoming, we were just passing by traveling to NJ, decided to get gas and found this place. The people were so hospitable. We tried the pollo saltado and jalea, very delicious and authentic as we are not novice to the Peruvian palate. Hope this place prospers!

The food at this place is delicious, even better than Chicken Fiesta. Plus, it’s affordable! Every time I pass by, I make sure to stop and eat here. The flavors remind me a lot of Brazilian cuisine. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel at home. The real star, though, is their Peruvian Charcoal Chicken perfectly seasoned and charbroiled to juicy perfection with that authentic smoky flavor that keeps you coming back.

But what really blew me away was their Ceviche! After searching for years, I can confidently say that Fire & Chicken serves the best Peruvian ceviche I’ve ever had. The freshness of the fish, combined with the zesty lime, cilantro, and spices, creates a flavor explosion that's absolutely unforgettable. It’s a must-try if you're a ceviche fan.

My daughter also loved the delicious chicken gyro she had. It was so flavorful and tender, and she's already looking forward to our next visit!

We also enjoyed a variety of delicious sides, including cilantro rice, fried rice, yuca (both fried and steamed), and corn. Our Second visit was even better than the first. Today I took the recommendation of the folks behind the counter and it was to die for. The Lomo Saltado is my new favorite food. My wife had their steak and cheese, she is very picky with her food and ate the entire sandwich. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, GREAT value. Love this place . Thank you all so much!

The food was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and helpful. The marinated boneless chicken was awesome, tender and very flavorful. Writing this makes me hungry. This will be at the top of our favorite places to eat list.

The only problem we have found is that we like to eat in, so it's hot and fresh, but we don't like eating with plastic utensils. PLEASE get better utensils for those of us that aren't taking out. We adore the food!!!
