Firehouse Subs Stonewall Square

Upon arriving, the sign was off, at 8:30 pm. I still decided to go in and wasn’t greeted. A man was mopping the lobby area and a woman, I assume was cleaning the counter where the meat is heated. There was a family at a table eating and I was at the register. I waited a few moments and she told me hold on. She turned around to fill a pitcher with water and said, “it’s 8:30 bro!” Profanity may have been used by her but I cannot confirm so I will give the benefit of the doubt. At that point I walked out because I could only assume the rest of the service/food I would get would be less than satisfactory. Even if it was 8:55 I should’ve been happily served, otherwise why would the business stay open until 9. Very disappointing and bad for business.

Store clean and staff was extremely helpful. Had issue with getting the drink of my choice and the young man immediately came over, reset, & primed the machine so that I could get the drink I wanted.

Following my son's baseball game on Friday evening, my online order pickup was seamless and hassle-free. The highlight, however, was the delicious sub we enjoyed once we returned home. Firehouse came out on top!

Food was ordered 20 min before I arrived but didn't start being made till I got here, no mayo or tomatoes, and the lady seemed as if she had an attitude. Came at 7:45pm 01/13/25. Happy new year to me I guess

Immediately walked out. So first off it’s 1:31 PM so I know this place is open even though the open sign has yet to be turned on. Only one table is occupied, and all the others look like a 5 year old ate there 3 days ago and the parents never cleaned it up, and to beat all when you look directly into the kitchen there is a younger guy in there with a goatee smoking a vape over the food prep. I guess this is the new way to smoke meat now apparently. Recommendation even if your mother in law is starving, find anywhere else on 360 other than this place to eat.
