This place is awful. I don’t know what’s wrong with Mechanicsville but places that are normally good are just terrible in Mechanicsville!

Walked in to empty place, ordered sub & soup to go. Waited 22 minutes for some reason. Got home to find I was given the wrong sub & the soup was like dish water. Too expensive to be so disappointed with what was supposed to be my dinner

Went there for lunch with my friend and when we walked in we were greeted by the worker I ordered my food waited at the table and the guy bought the food to us food good tasteed fresh definitely will be going back here

Mohammed really took care of a previous not so great experience. But he listened to my issue and ended up remaking my entire order himself. A manager who took pride in his shop. We love the food here and were so disappointed last time. His team today took care of us and the sandwiches were delicious!

I'm not sure what idiot made the grilled cheese and only put one slice of cheese on it, but someone should re-teach them how to do the simplest of jobs 🙄🙄

10/10!! They have a new staff and new management and I am so impressed!! Mohammad and Daisy were so very nice and the food was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back and try the Mac and cheese and Thanksgiving sub! Thank you!!

Enjoyed my first Thanksgiving sub and is now my new addiction. Besides my personal preference of wanting a little more cranberry sauce, I thought it was fantastic!!! (FYI, I did order it without mayonnaise. Did not see the need for it.)

I Oder from them a lot same old same old food takes forever to get and I get my food cold through door dash this place is horrible service definitely contacting corporate I’m tired of poor service don’t recommend wasting time or money with them !
