The staff is trying but the fact is the location has had poor staffing and turn over nonstop over the past 5 years I would guess. As a result the food quality is all over the place.

Not to mention you can come in at anytime of the day and you will be stuck for upwards of 30 plus minutes waiting for two subs.

Ice has been broke for over a month.

At somepoint ownership needs to care or cooperate needs to take it over.

I ate lunch here today at 3:00 or so. Devin provided great service. He was super friendly and smiling our entire visit. He is the best employee I have seen in this location or pretty much any fast food joint on 360!

They definitely stepped up their game. I remember when the last manager was there and oh boy that place was going down I can tell. The manager always wearing those raggedy shirts and really making it look like firehouse didn’t care. Today when I came in I was greeted with a “welcome to fire house” for the first time in awhile and it just made me smile. Staff is super friendly and they got my food out in great time.
