I purchased a Calzone recently for the first time from this establishment. I was very impressed and this will be my go-to spot going forward. It was delicious and had one of the best price compared with other restaurants in the area - especially because of the toppings already included. A+

Just lame and bad. 360 Pizza in Mechanicsville is night and day better. Everything I've ordered from Franco's today (large Sicilian, large canzone, and a ham a cheese sub) tasted like something I would get in the lunch room in the 6th grade.

My family typically goes with this restaurant for pizza when we don't need large quantities for a party. This place offers some of the best pizza I've ever had, and that's after sitting in a cardboard box for a while.

First time ordering Franco’s and have been looking for a new favorite pizza spot since Anthony’s closed and I I am happy to say I have found my new pizza spot! The pizza 🍕 is delicious and I am a pizza snob so to say lol and the service was over and beyond, thank you Elle for your kind and great service!

Was disappointed after Tues dinner when board at the entrance said 2 dinners $30 And check came with full prices on our dinners. When we questioned this, were told only certain items qualified and we had not ordered those. The special menu of qualifying items was not posted or presented at our table before ordering. Lesson learned - question before ordering.

Service is always welcoming and great. Depending on what you get as far as food sometimes I wish the pizza would be a little more cheesier but the fries and sandwiches and prices make up for it. I've never dined in but the ambience seems pretty calm and relaxing and cozy

I am sorry to say our meal today made us both sick. I ordered the Greek salad thinking it would be a harmless choice for dining out. That was not the case! The plate of salad stunk of old bag lettuce and the red onion and cucumber were limp, had turned bad and looked like they were left over from the week before. Regretfully, I did not ask for another option because we were in a hurry. My husband had a double cheeseburger with fries. The burger was marginally acceptable he said and the fries were cooked in old oil that stunk.

I am sorry to leave such a critical review, but 6 hours after our lunch we are both still ill from having eaten this food. For these reasons, I will not dine there again. I hope this review provides helpful feedback.
