I tried tea and shake! It's 9 pm and I am not Hungary and energy great! The owner so friendly and knowledgeable! I plan to go back and add to my fitness routine. Also tried the protein bite. Great gem in Mechanicsville!

Cannot say enough good things about Good Vibes RVA!!! Susan surprises us with her speciality teas and shakes regularly, to keep it fun and yummy! I highly recommend the turtle cheesecake shake and the tropical twisted woman tea are two of my favorites!!!! Run don’t walk, you won’t be disappointed.
I am so great full that Susan came into my life. She is a wonderful coach and mentor. Susan is very professional and is always looking out for her clients health. Her teas and shakes are tasty!!
