Customer service the worst, ordered 11/4 sandwich maker handled my food aggressively, I had to request another person to make food again attitude, management is poor, they weren’t busy, needs to be addressed immediately, bad attitudes, poor customer service, no apology, I thought customers just want there food made without attitudes☹️☹️ don’t deserve one star

Did not get my order correct. Had to drive back to the store to get my order filled and then when I arrived and it was not ready after driving 10 miles to get it. Not very helpful.

This is my 3rd time ordering from here and the second time they have screwed up on my order. PLEASE HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT CAN READ!!!! One sandwich had mayo all over it, I wrote and said specifically NO MAYO DUE TO AN ALLERGY! The other sandwich was made with wheat bread, also ordered white bread, due to a wheat bread ALLERGY!! NEVER AGAIN!!!¡!!

I ordered a steak and cheese sub onions green peppers Swiss cheese on wheat extra lettuce. The bun was less than half the size as your usual buns if you changed the bread you should let your customers know because we are paying the same price. The sub was very messy and no extra lettuce had some sweet pickles or something on it. The wrapping paper was wet and sockey sandwich wasn’t good at all for 10.00. I really enjoyed your sandwich’s from the beginning but afraid I won’t be back. Please train you people to fix the sandwich’s better was only two employees in the store. Very disappointed.

Parking: Not concerned about parking just the food. It’s a waste to get home and your sandwich is not like it use to be.

For a full price sandwich. We got one of Subway proportions as far as bread to meat ratio. Extremely disappointing. This whole sandwich tasted like I was eating a loaf of bread with the flavor of meat.This was like my third time at this location. I will not be going back. It's such a shame because I used to go to Jersey Mike's once a week until I moved into the area and this was the closest one

There's this fierce thunderstorm going on so I called the jersey mikes on Chamberlain Rd to let them know that I'm sitting in my vehicle waiting for the storm to lighten up before I come in to grab my order. I hate that I don't remember the guys name but he offered to run the order out to my truck in the heavy rain,thunder and lightning.... He even covered my sandwich so it wouldn't get wet...WOW!!! That's what is called going over and beyond the call of duty!! 100 stars for this establishment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello Neighbors! If you're in the mood for a freshly made sub that is plentiful and delicious, I recommend Jersey Mike's! My son and I enjoy the sub club and the large one is enough for us to share. We go to this location about twice a month. This location is always clean and the staff is attentive and friendly! Jersey Mike's does offer mushrooms for us mushroom lovers! :)
