Hadn't been to this location in years. Thought I'd try it today because I had a coupon. Remembered why I never go there. Got 3 chicken tenders and fries. They were out of diet soda, had to get a water. No problem with that. Got home, chicken tenders were undercooked to the point I couldn't bite into them. I didn't feel like driving back there so I threw them in my air fryer and cooked them properly. Won't go back again.

Going here was a terrible experience. I ordered online for dinner and showed up @9:02 PM. (Note they close at 10:30Pm) I go and attempt to go into the lobby but the door was locked. Which was fine. I go through the drive thru explaning I have a mobile order. That went perfect.

I pull up to the window. They are out of mac n cheese and give me the option to wait which I did.

I got my food after waiting 15 mins. Not what I am upset about.

I return home. I was missing a drink, biscuits, sauce for the chicken we ordered.

Not ONLY were we missing these items but the chicken in the bucket we recieved was DISGUSTING.

So I call them to try to get this resolved. After 6 different calls they answer before hanging up immedately on me. I call 2 more times before I finally got an answer.

I explain the situation and ask for a refund or maybe come up to have this remade.
She said she could have it remade TOMORROW. Which why would I want KFC after this experience? So I said no can we just recieve a refund for the items missing. Also a no.

I hope the general Manager can get this sorted out because this is disgusting and ridiculous

Every time I come here I have to wait 30 minutes or more to get a bucket of chicken. They never have breasts prepared and then try to pawn off more thighs if you don’t want to wait for them to cook the chicken breasts. Doesn’t matter the time or day, it is literally every time. And it’s not like the place is super busy! Come on KFC, do better!

I haven’t been here in over a year and now I remember why. Today we Waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came, a few people walked around behind counter and looked at us but did not acknowledge us. Then when he did come to take our order he did not greet us. Then it took 30 minutes to get our food.

Honestly this is the worst service I’ve ever had… we came through the drive through at 9:20pm and ordered 2 famous bowl meals and that was IT, as soon as we paid he asked us to pull around to the front parking lot which we found weird but proceeded to do. We waited, and waited, and waited some more until 9:45 when we decided to go inside and ask if they had forgotten about us, and the door was locked, which we also found confusing because the website said they closed at 10:30. When the worker finally came to the door so we could ask, he said “you ordered in the drive thru??” Proceeded to explain that yes he took our payment and was the one who told us to go around front!! At this point we wanted a refund he proceeded to tell us we waited over 15 minutes for frozen corn…. Yes people. Frozen corn. All I have to say is communication is seriously helpful when working in food service. Also side note, he never gave us a receipt or our drinks, but we just wanted to get out of there…. Hopefully others have a better experience than we had. Hoping he was just having a bad/ off night.

Did not meet the definition of fast food. I went through the drive thru but had to wait 20+ minutes for my order. They said it would 10 minutes but it took so long rhat I ended up getting out of the car an going inside to see what was taking so long.

My family got chicken from the drive through that was very dry and borderline inedible. Unable to get a refund because the store neglected to give us a receipt.
