My buddy and I had an awesome visit to this KFC. We both got a 3 piece tender meal, and it was made well for being fast food. The best part was the manager Tommie (whoever pays her should give her more. She was super kind and was extremely easy to get along with. Our interaction with her made my day. I'll go back just to say hi to Tommie. This KFC is top notch.

Showed up at 10:10pm after work and they close at 11, except when we pulled up they had an automated system saying over the speaker they were closed and to come back during normal business hours……..like we did.

I'm finally writing this review because the last few experiences have just been annoying and poor, so it's time to say I will never be back here again and you shouldn't either.
I'll just save all some time and only tell you about my latest experience...
My family and I go through the drive-thru to place an order only to be told that the chicken tenders would take 7 minutes to cook and the 3-piece breast and wibg meal would be 14 minutes. They claimed to be extremely busy even though we were the onky car in the drive-tru and there were onky two coupkes placing an order inside.We were appalled, but hungry, so we waited. We specifically asked for them to wait and cook our fries when the chicken is ready. TWENTY minutes later, the employee comes out and hands us out chicken WITHOUT our French fries. So I had to march in there and remind them. They give them to me and I get back to my car only to realize that they're cold and stale. 🙄 At this point, I was SO done with them that we just decided to leave and make sure to NEVER come back. So, if you're reading this review, do yourself the favor and find another KFC until management gets a better team or realizes how poorly they run things and make the necessary changes.
Oh, and the chicken was crusty, too. Overcooked and overrated. Just Asay NO and GO.

They need to hire more staff. There were two gentlemen a few months back that were working, the BOSS Was HIGH leaning up against the metal table to the right. He wouldn't move to help the two gentlemen that were working. You could tell he was high, The way he was looking, the way he was acting, leaning. I'm surprised they are still opened.

Worst. Place. Imaginable. Mashed potatoes were like cold bricks. Can fried chicken be stale? Yes it can, and they serve it here daily. Place a mobile order and grab it in the way home to only realize that, HALF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING! Try to call them, better free up 15 minutes for someone to answer. Only the tears of disappointment can make this food even slightly edible. My dogs even turned their nose when I offered it to them. Really expensive doorstops if you ask me.

Ordered food through the drive thru. Got food and was asked by a worker to give the bag back which was already in my car because she mistakenly gave me a pot pie…. Giving out food others have touched. Also found hair in our food and was supposed to get tenders but instead was given bone in chicken.

I haven't been to this KFC in a while because every time I have eaten here the chicken was not good. Normally it is hard, dry and super greasy. I was skeptical on going today but I was pressed for time and the drive through was empty. However...today! I dont know who was in the kitchen but keep them right there. It was delicious. Fresh and juicy! I was pleasantly surprised. Great Job today!

This place was absolutely disguisting! Dinning area trashed, no clean tables (& employees sitting around drinking sodas & having personal conversations)..where's management? Does cleaniness not exist anymore!! And their restrooms..I rather use a Porta-John!

I went to the KFC in the Hanover Mechanicsville location, and ordered a four piece chicken dinner. Because I had another stop to make I neglected to check my order. When I got home and opened my order.., everything was in the same box with the chicken the fries were old or taste like leftovers, the cold slaw was warm and worse of all.., the chicken was overcooked and smelled like it was cooked in old oil. Needless to say I didn’t eat the dinner. I took the chicken dinner back to the restaurant. I asked for a refund, but I was told that they don’t give refunds just another dinner. Now why would I want another dinner when the first one wasn’t good. The young lady fix another dinner and just threw the fries in the box.., which was all over the bottom of the box. When I complained about how the second box of food looked she walked away. I took that box of food and went to my car and sat there in disbelief at the service I just received. She came outside and sat in her car to smoke I guess because as I started to leave, I stopped and got out of my car and had a little talk with her because I wanted her to know that I wasn’t there to make her day bad, but I wanted her to know that when you spend your money in food or whatever it may be you’re paying for the service as well as the meal. That will be my last time going there. Please if you’re in that area go to Public’s.

I was treated with extreme disrespect. This girl directly cursed at me using offensive words to my face. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and insulting. There is absolutely no justification for using abusive language against me, regardless of any language barrier. I strongly demand that this matter be taken seriously, as I should never have been subjected to such degrading treatment.
