Honestly this is the worst service I’ve ever had… we came through the drive through at 9:20pm and ordered 2 famous bowl meals and that was IT, as soon as we paid he asked us to pull around to the front parking lot which we found weird but proceeded to do. We waited, and waited, and waited some more until 9:45 when we decided to go inside and ask if they had forgotten about us, and the door was locked, which we also found confusing because the website said they closed at 10:30. When the worker finally came to the door so we could ask, he said “you ordered in the drive thru??” Proceeded to explain that yes he took our payment and was the one who told us to go around front!! At this point we wanted a refund he proceeded to tell us we waited over 15 minutes for frozen corn…. Yes people. Frozen corn. All I have to say is communication is seriously helpful when working in food service. Also side note, he never gave us a receipt or our drinks, but we just wanted to get out of there…. Hopefully others have a better experience than we had. Hoping he was just having a bad/ off night.

Other than the flat soda which was given to me, I have no complaints. My mobile order was ready when I got there and there was no wait in the drive-thru.

Did not meet the definition of fast food. I went through the drive thru but had to wait 20+ minutes for my order. They said it would 10 minutes but it took so long rhat I ended up getting out of the car an going inside to see what was taking so long.

employees started cursing at each other in front of kids, on the way out one of the employees told me not to eat here anymore because the food is bad

My family got chicken from the drive through that was very dry and borderline inedible. Unable to get a refund because the store neglected to give us a receipt.

I’m leaving this prior to calling corporate. This was absolutely my worst KFC experience. My order for 7:20 was not ready until 8:05. You people are lazy and incompetent and I watched you all lock an old couple out of your establishment on the way in to likely grab dinner like I was there for. I will never spend another hard earned dime with this company.
Placed a "quick pick up" order yesterday
for 5:30 today and got confirmation at 10:30 am this morning that the restaurant had received my order - arrived at 5:30 on the dot and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order - got home and it was wrong - fries and sauces completely left out, chicken was a random assortment of leftovers that had obviously been sitting under heat lamps for most of the afternoon. Not sure what i waited for as it wasn't fresh or correct.

Last two times time food has taken over 20 min to be made don’t even know why they have a drive thru when they always make me pull around then make me wait so long I have to go inside to find out what’s going. Understand if they were busy but there not guessing due to poor service also have to keep telling them what I orderd.

I ordered online arrived a little early. It was cool inside and hot outside they let me sit comfortably in the lobby and were super nice and helpful with my order.

So this is the 3rd KFC within driving distance to me that I'm writing about. Ordered the 12 piece meal and the guy on the speaker says that they don't have any breast. I asked if he could throw in extra pieces to makeup for that and he said "yeah, no problem". So we order and pull up to the window. As he hands me the bag with all the stuff I asked him again; Did you take care of me man? And he assures me yes he did. When we get home we look at the chicken he gave us and it's only 12 pieces. He put nothing extra in at all. And not only that but one of the wings was only 1/2 of a wing. And these people think they should be making more money? What a joke. Since this is the 3rd KFC to let me down in my area I just have to give them up. They will never again get a dime from me. As much as I used to like their chicken it doesn't even taste as good anymore. It's like they are skimping on the seasoning. I don't know how KFC can continue to survive with such bad service

Been standing here 45 mins if I hadn't of already paid I would have left already staff has locked the doors so that people will stop coming in and go through drive thru people left inside are not being given their food that they have already paid for because the staff are more interested in the drive thru horrible service KFC is definitely not what it use to be good Ole day are gone don't come to this location
