You can't stay in business like this! Doors locked at 8:45 pm on a Friday night. Couldn't fill my online order - "We don't have anything you ordered". All the bad reviews below about bad service, doors locked, no employees to be found ALL TRUE! Through the drive thru window, saw one male employee reach his bare hand into a food line container and put the food in his mouth! Twice!Fire the employees, cut off the lights and don't unlock the doors.

I guess I am the one to blame here for not researching my nearest kfc for dinner. Was told my 8 piece family meal order would have to be split between original and extra crispy or wait 30 minutes. For anyone who knows about kids in the car that are hungry and having to wait 30 minutes doesn’t melt well together. After getting home and serving this food to my family I realized I needed a second option for dinner. My kids wouldn’t even eat this. The chicken tasted like burnt oil. Very undesirable to eat. This place lost anymore of my future business and hopefully everyone else’s business who reads this. Trust me, steer clear.

I drove 6 miles to come get 2 meals for me and my husband yesterday, upon opening them at home I realized they gave me the wrong food. I drove back which would be 24 miles in total I drove just to have to wait 30 minutes for the correct order. The only pleasurable part about this experience was the young man working the front who reassured me this would be fixed and wasn’t acceptable

I was the only car in the drive-thru and was told after paying that it would be a 5 minute wait which was fine. 30 minutes later, the food which was only 2 meals, had not been brought to the window, and no one came to the window to give an update on the status of the order. I called the restaurant and told them I was waiting in the drive-thru for the food and asked how long it would take. They told me it would take as long as it would take and that I needed to be more patient. After that I left the drive-thru and went inside. No one was at the front counter to help, and after about 5 minutes of waiting inside for someone to appear, I explained my situation and asked for a refund. They asked us what we had ordered and then walked off, not even acknowledging that I had asked for a refund. 10 minutes later I was given a bag of food. The food was good, but the customer service was very unacceptable.

Worst customer service. Cashier charges us extra money for a KFC Foundation and large drinks without asking us. When asking for a receipt, he would continually talk back telling us to wait a minute when all we did was ask for a receipt. He can’t even count to give us the correct change. He proceeds to complain that he doesn’t have the time to give us the right amount and that he didn’t make a mistake lmao. Don’t go here because the service is terrible, slow, and the food is nasty.

Biscuits are tiny. No gravy on mashed potatoes, guess you have to ask for that nowadays. Good job KFC & every other fast food restaurants for ignoring basic economics by raising a starter job pay so high now you have to raise your prices & give your customers way less. Good luck staying in business.

Visited yesterday 7/21/23 (drive through). The food was terrible!!! Chicken was way under-cooked, and had an odd medicine-like taste. It was inedible, and I tossed the remaining. I was soooooo grateful I did not get sick (yet). This location needs to be inspected by the county. Food service is a serious matter. People get ill, and can sometimes die because of this type of negligence!!!!

I like this place. Staff seems cool, chill vibe, keep the dining area clean. I grab lunch here about once a month, and I've never had reason to complain.
