Shopped here yest for 1st time and now it will be every time! LOVE the self checkouts with conveyor belts. LOVE the fresh fruits/veggies. LOVE the selection! (Former 20+ yrs Kroger Laburnum customer).

We were promptly helped with our order. Everyone was so courteous and helpful.

Just bought bread on this visit at the bakery. I wanted a nice crusty loaf to have with cheese but none was to be had unless I baked one myself. I settled for a nondescript soft loaf with very little flavor. Sigh..

I like this smaller store and love the online order/pick-up option. Only one negative. The last two times I've gotten my groceries, the packing of items has really been bad. Soft items put in bags with canned goods. I don't like crumbled cookies or cracked eggs. Thinking I may have to start back doing in store shopping.😣

Thanksgiving was a huge success with Kroger holiday meals, so I did an order for Christmas. It was a nightmare! The order was incomplete. It was not all together. They were running around picking up parts of my order. One item was packaged so poorly it spilled all over the checkout. The Top came off two other pieces. No chicken was ready! Girl said I could wait 20 minutes for it. I placed the order on 12/4, no reason for a delay in prep. I was on time for the pick up! They were very short handed, unsupervised and just “winging it”. Boooo Kroger! You did great at Thanksgiving! What changed?

The best thing Kroger ever did was bringing back the original Private Selection Resturante Style Salsa!! Made my day! And of course Nikki at the register... so sweet and kind...

the place has gone downhill and is now just unbearable. make the drive to Publix it's worth it.

dirty, molded food spread out all over the store, super slow employees. this place is a dump!

Ugh. Despise this store, they never miss an opportunity to disappoint. Checkout is always understaffed, trying to force customers into self checkout which is a nightmare. Last visit, one checkout open, line was long and the poor girl was checking AND bagging while the front end manager was gabbing with the service desk attendant. I had to walk up to her and ask that they call someone to bag to get the line moving along. Their self checkout system is hyper sensitive to we

We had a cashier who was more interested in her personal conversation than her job. Meanwhile the line behind us continues to grow, and grow... When it was finally our turn, she decided it would be in good taste to slam and throw our food down the conveyer belt. My husband bagged the food, as this woman was clearly incompetent. She then berated us because we didn't put in our store card number fast enough to get the discounts. Ah well, go to the customer service desk, she tells us. No one was at the customer service desk, and the employees who came by avoided eye contact and scurried away. I understand that customer service is hard, but come on! Long lines. Awful customer service. Store not the easiest to navigate. Good sushi. I don't think the sushi is worth coming back for.

trip to pharmacy. they have not had real good success in having my meds. they have had to order them. delays my getting meds. that's difficult when it's pain.
