I accidentally deleted a text from my sis in law with a giftcard attached! I appreciate you guys so much for taking the time to research and sending me a replacement and a follow up phone call. That's what I call top notch customer service not to mention, the coffee is delicious! Your SB versions are sooo appreciated!!

I was so excited to find this place. I wanted to support a small business instead of Starbucks. However, the last couple of times have not been so great. I address an employee about it. She didn't seem to care, she just shugged her shoulders and kept taking my order. I tried calling but, the number isn't working.

Friendly staff and delicious coffee!

Coffee was good enough, although it tasted watered down. No prices were listed anywhere so it wasn't until after ordering did I find out that one coffee and one strangely tasting lemon bar was going to be about $11.

The coffee is good and the staff are friendly so in that sense it meets the main goal. But they need to work on their food situation; they're consistently out of basic ingredients early in the day. It's enough of a pattern that I've started to just expect they won't have what's on their menu. I'd love to find a regular place for breakfast and coffee but unfortunately if I often have to try somewhere else for the food part then there's a wasted trip somewhere, and having a food menu does set an expectation that you have food.

I typically go to Starbucks for my coffee and sandwich. But wanted to try this place out because it’s locally owned.

I spent the same amount that I would have Starbucks, almost $12 for a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a large “pumpkin spice” iced coffee.

The service was great. Very friendly.

The coffee drink tasted like it was mostly pumpkin spice syrup, which was sour, lots of milk and then a touch of coffee. When I drink coffee, I want coffee. I ended up throwing the whole drink away because it was so bad.

The sandwich was terrible. It was so overcooked that the sausage was a brick. I didn’t eat that either.

Very nice coffee shop! I am from NC and stopped here while passing through and I was not disappointed! The pumpkin spiced latte is excellent! Very large selection of drinks, you will definitely find something you will like :)

Coffee is great.. the stringy black haired young girl with the heart necklace and baggy jeans is an absolute MISERY.. 3rd time in and the same lousy attitude every time. Won’t be back a 4th time..

You're supporting a local business local people great tasting coffee. Much better than other coffee shops promoting woke agendas for their taskmasters out of New York city.

A small, strip mall coffee shop that is lacking in atmosphere.
The Good:
great service, friendly staff, and my cup of drip coffee was very good.
The Bad:
There is a general lack of atmosphere in this place. It’s a long , poorly lit box with very few tables and a “lounge area” at the back that didn’t look very inviting to me. The lighting is your typical office building fluorescent, overhead set up. Cold and bland. No warmth. And a general lack of art work. Signs that say “But Coffee First” and “Worlds Best Cup of Coffee” just don’t add much to the atmosphere.
Additionally, there was pop country playing in the shop. You might enjoy pop country early in the morning, but it’s not for everyone, and it’s certainly not for me. I’d rather hear jazz, classical, or yacht rock in the morning. Save the pop music for the afternoon.
I really wanted to hang out in this place, but it was just not going to happen.
Would I return to this location? It is highly unlikely. If they were to create a more inviting vibe in the coffee shop, then I would return, but as it is now, I can’t see myself coming back here again.
