Little Caesars Pizza

Unfortunately the crust of the pizza has gotten significantly thinner within the last month or so. April 24th we got a pizza and it was so much thinner than when we got it a week before. This is supposed to be a traditional crust pizza and it definitely isn’t one. Also, every time we come here there aren’t any hot and ready pizzas. We will be making a complaint to corporate on both matters.

Ordering was fine but paying was confusing. Ordered two pizzas. One with sauage and pineapple thin crust. It looked like they throw the ingredients in the middle. The way it is cut many pieces had only sauce. Lazy!

Order tonight spent $70 the 2 of stuff crust peperoni and cheese.They tried to be funny and over salted the pizza

Ordered through the portal, nobody even visible in the store. Order was not made fresh and given an older pizza when it's supposed to be made to order when ordered online.

Breadsticks weren't fresh.

This location used to be good. They have gone downhill for the past year. We typically order a regular cheese pizza. But they’ve been burnt. After about 3 or 4 times in a row, we stopped going. We thought we’d give it another try today (1.23.25). This time we ordered the specific ‘cheesiest’ pizza hoping it would be fine. It was burnt and dry. It’s ridiculous. Almost as if they don’t see how awful the pizza is before they put it in the box. 0/10 Do not recommend.

The restaurant was clean and the customer service was outstanding.
They treated me like family.

Overall pizza, service, and store is good. However pizza prices have gone up quite a bit. Although pizza was good for the price before , quality vs price is not there anymore, in my opinion.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order but kept looking at me

Worker Shalandrea needs to adjust the way she treats customers. I came in and wanted the crazy puffs I order it as the pepperoni crazy puffs and some crazy bread. My boyfriend also wanted to order but as soon as she gave me my money went straight to the back. A few minutes go by another lady comes up who was really nice and sweet and asks if a whole pepperoni pizza and crazy bread was our order. I tell her it was not and told her what I had ordered she says she doesn’t see that order. I take the whole pizza and crazy bread. I don’t know how much clearer I could’ve been with my order. That’s why you always read the order back to customers in case they have it wrong or you do.

We usually order it this Little Caesars and our orders are always good. The order tonight October 29th 2024 was undercooked inside and the pizza was in properly proofed so it was not square the edges were rounded. The dough was so underdone we had to take it home and put it in the toaster oven to complete cooking it.

Parking: Normally this location has perfect pizza. Tonight it was very bad we couldn't eat a piece in the car before going home. It required cooking in the toaster oven at home.

I've been to this location several times as it's close to home. The last few times I've ordered my pizza "crazied out" meaning to add garlic butter/parmesan to the pizza which is an additional charge. I've gotten home, and no extra butter/parmesan. The last time it happened I finally called to let them know I'm paying for something repeatedly that they're not providing to me. The girl was nasty she basically asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Horrible customer service as per usual. & I will say there have been 1 or 2 girls that were nice taking my order/helping me but most of the time the staff act like they don't want to be bothered with paying customers. 2 Sundays ago (& yes, I've contacted LC several times since then WITH NO RESPONSE) my daughter wanted pizza and breadsticks after church. So, I ordered on the app and sent her to pick up. She came outside where I was sitting after spitting her food out in the trash and almost threw up... there was a WORM in her food. in her breadsticks to be exact. A LIVE CRAWLING WORM. LAST STRAW. I WILL NEVER RETURN. & the fact that nobody has reached out since I have complained (more than once about this particular incident) tells me I don't want to eat their food anyway. Y'all be careful!
