When I got there to the drive thru the lady spoke and said “just a moment” didn’t mute the mic and sounded like she was on the phone she was cussing and everything. Waited for 5 minutes and then I tell my code I get my food a couple hours go buy and I have food poisoning 🙄🙄

I went to order our food they didn’t have much drinks. Your lucky enough if they had 3 drinks and when I asked for extra salt for my fries and when they brought the food over their was no salt I had to put salt on my fries

20 minutes to get food when dining in just to get cold fries. This one is normally really slow at lunch, but after the lunch rush it should have been better. The dining area was not busy at all, they are just very slow.

Waited at window 3 for over 15 minutes for a mobile order. Had to actually go in pick up my order. One of the employees was placing my food on the counter as I walked in. Poor communication amongst staff. I don't usually have any issues with this location.
