We went today ordered two Large unsweetened teas and 2 cheeseburger happy meals . The lady put in 2 hamburger Happy meals and charged us 2 times for 40 cents for each cheese slice. My father asked why it was rung up that way . He was told they have never had a cheeseburger happy meal. She was being rude since dad's card declined even though we had the money to pay for it she was being extremely rude. JUST SO YOU KNOW I WORKED AT MCDONALD'S I KNOW FOR A FACT THERE ARE CHEESEBURGER HAPPY MEALS AND YOU DIDNT NEED TO CHARGE ME 80 EXTRA CENTS!!!! YES. I HAVE PROOF TOO SWEET CHEEKS!!!

McDonald’s continues to lower the bar, but tonight’s experience set a new low. My family was stuck in the drive thru line after a baseball game this evening with close to 20 vehicles sitting and waiting along with us. After sitting for over 20 minutes, I walked to the drive thru windows to see if anyone was working. The manager of the store walked out to speak to someone they knew, and I had to ask if they were open. He responded that they had to close early, but he didn’t have the consideration to let all the customers who were waiting in line know they needed to close. He then shared that corporate made him close so it wasn’t his problem to tell every person who pulls up to the drive thru that they had to close. I hope to avoid this location going forward.

I ordered a shamrock Oreo McFlurry, and received a regular Oreo McFlurry. I overheard the employees say that they didn't have any shamrock stuff, which I'm ok with, but it was annoying they never mentioned it to me that they didn't have it. The drive thru took forever.

I used the curbside pickup for my orders when leaving from church. Granted Sundays are very busy so a delay is expected. Still great quality food and fries are hot!!!

My son got a happy meal with no nuggets last night. I got door dash and I'm sure it was this location since we got NO NUGGETS again. What is up with this mcdonald's??? Will not be back

Placed an order for curbside pick-up 15 minutes before getting to this location. Then, I spent another 25 minutes waiting for the order, a little ridiculous for curbside pick-up. Could have gotten over that if I actually received everything I ordered... now I remember why I don't use this location.
Also, how are yall going to have 6pc chicken nuggets available but a 6pc chicken nugget happy meal isn't? Because that makes sense 😒

It's so automated that if anything goes wrong with your order, it is nearly beyond anyone's ability to simply fix it, especially if you order online. It's a shadow of what it used to be.
