I stopped by Moe’s today and honestly had such a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in they didn’t rush me, and they made my bowl perfectly. The place was clean, the service was fast, and everything tasted amazing. I’ve been to other locations before, but this one definitely stood out. You can tell they actually care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The service was not great. Both employees had ear pieces in the entire time causing you to have to repeat yourself when ordering. Food was bland and chips tasted stale. I will not spend money in this establishment again

The staff are attentive and polite.

Stopped in on our road trip for a (usually) solid meal. The food here was sub par at best. They didn't have steak made (at lunch time), the chicken looked like they mixed day old back in and the rice was barely seasoned. The restaurant itself is very unkempt. The restrooms were disgusting. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

I recently revisited Moe’s after staying away for over a year, and unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The chips were stale; this was the first time in over 10 years of eating Moe's that I experienced bad chips. The portion sizes were noticeably skimpy, and the entire location looked run-down and neglected. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming at all. For a place that’s supposed to offer flavorful food in a fun environment, this experience was seriously disappointing. I won’t be returning to this franchise location—it just doesn’t live up to the standard Moe’s is known for. Go to Midlotian's Moes if you can!
