Pad Thai Restaurant

This was my first time back to Pad Thai since the new owners restarted it. We placed an order for pickup. Their site was easy to use and my order was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. Everything was delicious. We are glad there's an eat-in option and will definitely be back!

Delicious! The new menu is great. The spices they use are so good and flavorful. I get take out at least once a week. The new owners are very nice and friendly. I can’t say anything negative at all. Definitely will be going regularly. I’ve gone twice just this week.

What a wonderful gem in the middle of mechanicsville! Everything is served hot and fresh. The ingredients are quality and the portions are generous. I have tried the pad thai, drunken noodles and satay in the past and they were very good. This visit, my husband ordered Bangkok chicken and he exclaimed that he'd want to eat that every night this week if he could. I had the green curry which was hearty and delicious during this wintery evening. We get service with a smile and the food comes out fast! Im also obsessed with the thai iced tea. It would rival any dessert with it's sweet richness. Try it out before more people discover this place!

Excellent food in an unattractive building. Fried tofu is miraculous, and the tom kha soup is sweetly delicious. Our charming waitress was the daughter of the chef.

My food was horrible. The presentation was even worse. Its like they just threw everything together in 1 pot. Very disappointed if I was dining in i would have sent my food back to the kitchen. Ugh

Don’t judge a book by its cover, the food is unrivaled! Ordered the Chicken Pad and Spring Rolls to-go; They were excellent. There is a nice area to dine in as well, if you’d rather sit down.

Just opened back up with new owners. Restaurant is dine in again and it was fabulous. Cute and quaint and food was great!!!

Lunch on a weekday. What we liked: 1. Free parking 2. Pleasant hostess 3. This is a tiny place but it has a huge menu 4. Thai tea is made perfectly. Sweet and spicy and in a big tumbler. 5. Clean dining room 6. Lovely, tempting appetizers 7. Attentive service 8. The food is really, really good 9. Market prices 10. Music not too loud. Easy to socialize. What we didn't like: Nothing Would we return? Absolutely yes.

Watch out for hair in your food.
