The absolute best Thai food in RVA. Whenever we are in RVA, we make it a point to order dinner from here. It NEVER disappoints!

I have eaten here ever since I was a little girl and I have always considered their food a comfort food of mine!! Not only is the food delicious but it’s perfectly priced, you get a great portion size, and the employees are always so friendly!! I get takeout for almost every time I have friends over or just really want a delicious meal and a stay in treat! Thanks so much for the delicious food!

Update: I have been ordering from here for probably 7 years, and their food NEVER disappoints. Fresh peppers and herbs grown right outside the door from early spring through to fall, and they make their food spice in levels from mild to Thai spicy. Don't be fooled by the looks of the building like the other reviewer who DIDN'T EVEN GO IN TO TRY THEIR FOOD, it is hands down the best Thai food in the entire Richmond area. It is still carry-out only, but I don't mind, because their Fried Rice is like my comfort food after a tough day of work that I pick up on the way home. Would give this family owned and run establishment 10 stars if I could.
From 6 years ago: Always delicious food, and they grow their peppers for the spice right outside the restaurant, so you know it's fresh! Hidden gem in Mechanicsville for great Thai food.
Vegetarian options: Any dish can be made without meat, the prices are given without meat, and it is $2 or $3 to add a meat of choice. They also have tofu
Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options, but not labeled- just ask

We didn't even go inside because it looked scary from the outside and dirty. It was also carryout only, which was not listed on google Maps. Do not recommend it.

Such great Thai food. I got the drunken noodles with chicken and they had a good level of spice and big portion for the money. You can’t eat in the restaurant so great for quick takeout. I spent about $13 for a dinner portion with chicken.

Update: the food overall here is still good, but the fried squid appetizer is no longer good. It used to be decent sized pieces of squid with a light crispy coating, but now it's tiny pieces of squid surrounded by a huge, thick, doughy breading 5x the size of the squid. The breading is so thick and doughy that it isn't even cooked all the way through and is mushy inside. The pieces of squid are tiny (like an inch square) and then overwhelmed by an absurd amount of doughy breading. Please go back to the way you used to make it ?
So delicious! We've tried several dishes already and have loved them all. Panang curry, red curry, massaman curry, duck curry, crispy duck, pad Thai, spicy seafood, fish cake, and #18 seafood appetizer are all very good and flavorful. Prices are reasonable for the quality and great taste. This is our go-to spot for Thai food now!

Don't blink. You might miss the sign. Low key location. Food was very tasty. ? Standouts were the chicken satay and the mango coconut rice dessert. Reminds me of a warm rice pudding. Only drawback is the place is take out only now. I recommend them. ??

Why do you chop the lemongrass in the soup?! $145 worth of food had nice flavor but it sucked having to spit out lemongrass with every spoonful of soup. Really ruined it for me.
I come here regularly and I’ve never been disappointed with my meal, affordably priced entrees with a lot of flavor make this my go to

Seems like the food quality as gone down over the years. Portion size are also small. You should go somewhere else if you have options.
