Website was not allowing soup orders. Called store for assistance. But the person on the phone denied any help. YOUR WEBSITE is not properly functioning and customer service will not accommodate. My interaction with staff was not pleasant or helpful. Although my order was place for everything else via internet you can not order soup.

Becca is a true find. She has no fear of people and when she saw me struggling with the ordering system she stepped right up and assisted me. She knows customer service like I have seen very few. She should train people. Thank you for hiring her. This will be my new breakfast spot. Sandwich was great.

Take-away food was some of the worst Panera food my family had ever eaten. The only part that turned out well was a grilled cheese. Wife salad had frozen chicken and grocery store quality croutons. My own soup had small hard parts that were cooked through all the way. This has made us swear off this particular location. Some of the worst money spent on food.

It took 15 minutes to get to breakfast sandwiches at the drive-through. One girl working while 4 others stood and laughed and talked about special needs. Then when I finally got my order, it was wrong. Worst service ever.

P.B. at 7316 Bell Creek Rd. I will not be dining at P.B. for it's crooked alliance. News flash !!! Sorry to ruin it for you. I just found out that P.B. is owned by Billionaire Greg Flynn, which is Gavin Newsome high school buddy & big time political financial contributor. Also, laws were recently passed for minimum wage hike for Ca. workers, but they except P.B. from that law due to their bread being baked on premises.

Beyond disappointed in this particular Panera. Went there for dinner a few weeks ago. My husband ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and there was hardly anything in it. We had gotten the same dish at other Panera's and there was a substantial amount of food. When questioned, management said that we had gotten lucky previously and that they had given us the exact weight limits of ingredients that they were allowed to serve. We decided to give them another try this past weekend and each of us ordered a soufflé. Both were cold and when my husband asked that his be heated up he was told no. Spent way too much money to have to eat a cold egg dish. We will not be going back.

Went to Panera to get a bagel they're sold out of every kind of bagel except chocolate chip. Not first occurrence. I thought, a bagel shop that's out of bagels, so I went to Wawa. Sure enough, they have bagels hot and ready. Buttered, sour cream, whatever you want.

I placed an order on the app and they contracted the delivery to door dash, who messed up and delivered Taco Bell instead of my order. I called and Panera told me there was nothing they could do, that only door dash can refund my money for the food.
The actual Panera address is Near 7324 Bell Creek Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111It's "Not busy" because it doesn't exist. There's a Sweet Frog frozen yogurt and some sort of physical therapy place in this location. Based on the terrible reviews, it looks like it may have been closing for a while.

Delivery drivers beware attitude if you ask for eta...Manager is just rude. Employees follow her lead....they have board that says they are prepping or is ready...they say ready when not ( probably trying reach some metrics).....STAY AWAY or they might try to ban u if u ask too many questions!
