Mechanicsville location. First visit. Manager was knowledgeable and very friendly , seemed to be very happy with his job which is a plus. Told me about the fresh ingredients made daily. Good promoter.Owner is very welcoming. Restaurant is very clean. I like the open view of the kitchen which was very clean as well. I'm back the next night for another great pizza!
This is REAL Pizza. I gave five stars to the one in Ashland. Since then I have had two pizzas from the Mechanicville store. Like I said before, this is the best pizza I have tasted outside of New York. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage with extra sauce through one of the delivery companies. Sauce is great. The sausage is not the crumbled up stuff that some places sprinkle lightly on their pizzas. These are ultra-thin slices of links cut at an angle. Then there's the crust....
Hands down, the BEST gluten free crust in Mechanicsville! We’ve tried a bunch of different ones and Pepicelli’s is by far the best! The cannoli was fresh and crispy and filled with yummy mascarpone deliciousness!!! And the Caprese salad was a real Caprese salad with fresh basil, thick slices of fresh mozzarella and yummy balsamic glaze! We’ll be ordering again- no doubt!!!! Thank you Pepicelli’s for the quarantine dinner treat! And thanks DoorDash for the delivery :)!
