Ordered buffalo wings and a medium pizza with several toppings as you can see in the pictures featured not only did they put maybe a total of nine total pepperonis on an entire pizza but the chicken was soggy and soft and beat very shortly after ordering it. After all of that the freaking crown on top of the steaming pile of turd experience was I was asked to pay 80 cents for just one cup of dipping sauce even though I didn't get any to begin with! What is this world coming to?

I was so disappointed. We used to go here all the time. Nobody knew anything, and I'd NEVER had a pizza where the sauce was pink because they barely used any. Toppings not worth talking about. Trashed it, just AWFUL.

The staff was nice, and the food was delicious.
Kid-friendliness: They satisfy all of a kids senses. They’re delicious, hot, and the desserts are delicious for the kid and the kid at heart.
Ordered delivery. The delivery guy just tossed the pizza on my front porch. Looked outside to find it half cold and it was the wrong pizza. Called to have the order corrected and the delivery guy brought the other one back and tosses it on the front porch as well. Said he knocked on the door, but he didn't. My daughter just so happened to be by the door. Called them back and they could do no refund. Too many pizza places with good service in Mechanicsville to deal with that. Will not be doing business with them again.

They cancel orders without giving knowledge to their customers, They don't use their own delivery service but Door dash instead so they cant be at fault for cancellation??? Where did the responsibility go? This is crazy how no one can take fault anymore. I'm done with this particular store. Take better care of your loyal customers or get out of customer service position.
