I got the rib shrimp steak combo. Food with absolutely excellent. Waitress was awesome. She was the only one during lunch time though. They were working her to death. Definitely be back

I indulged on the unlimited (ultimate) salad bar and took my main course home, saving it for a midnight snack. I enjoyed the alcoholic specials. I had a great time solo-ing and it was the best bang for bucks.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in awhile so decided to go. It was short staffed. The young lady who seated us was also our server. She had no passion very dry. It was not many people there. My food was cold and we just felt unattended. Unworthy of a tip. Is it a bad thing to have great service, I'd rather write good reviews they are far and between but one day I'll have a really great and exceptional review for all to read. One really good thing. The Chocolate chip ice cream skillet was very good.

DO NOT order DoorDash from this location. Ordered the hickory bourbon salmon with a baked potato and broccoli. This was a $23 dish ($18 on RT website) The salmon was small in size and there was no bourbon sauce in sight, just a plain piece of salmon. No baked potato.

Ordered a slice of NY cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce. No sauce, just plain cheesecake, which was a shame because it's a big slice.

One item, it happens. But for this price, you should get a complete order. First & last time ordering at this location.

Manager was apologetic when I called to complain, which was appreciated. But, I'm still out of my money. Beware!

I do this ALOT..Not the friendliest place..I've been to this specific one a few times..nobody greets you when you come they just look at you,just no the energy you want from customer service it usually atleast one perky person but none here

We were here for over an hour and our food never came. Waiter forgot what we ordered and had people that came after us fed and they left when we decide to leave!!!! Insane. We decided to leave after the appetizer and drinks. Manager took care of the bill after we decided to leave. People were waiting and there were plenty empty tables. I loved ruby Tuesday but I will not return that was ridiculous.

I ordered a deconstructed kabob to pick up for my husband and I. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come over and assist me as I waited at the front entrance. If I was singing, I paid for my order and left no tip because of my experience. The waitress was very annoyed by this end it for me that her boyfriend tells hard to quit all of the time because of situations like this. I walked away.
Look up Bob was okay. I will give it a 7 out of 10. A little under seasoned and my peppers could have been grilled longer. They were basically raw.

Smallest portion of food for me & my boyfriend! Same price as 10yrs ago which I think is expensive yet the portion is for a child!!! It had been years since I'd been & I now know why parking lot stays empty ! Salad bar no longer comes with your entry & to add that comes with a high cost!

From the moment we walked in I knew this was probably a bad idea. They were not busy at all, maybe 10 people in the entire place. We went for dinner and as soon as we walked in, the service was phenomenally slow. We were sat at a booth and given no silverware. It took about 20 minutes for us to get a server because nobody had communicated to anybody that we had been sat, we almost got up and left. Our food came out at seperate times, which I get happens but it should not be 25 minutes in between. Our kids had finished their entire meals before we even got our food. The “rice pilaf” was literally just rice….. nothing else in it like veggies or seasonings. The kids mac and cheese looked like kraft from the box (probably was) and the scallops were way too rubbery to even eat more than 3 of them. For $90 I expect better from a place that has been around for a while. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the salad bar was the freshest I have had. This place needs a serious overhaul in traning and attention to detail/attentiveness. It seemed like everybody around us was having issues with their food, their bill, or the service.

We stopped by Ruby Tuesday in Mechanicsville recently and had an experience that showed true leadership and customer care. When we arrived, the restaurant was clearly short-staffed, with only one hardworking waiter trying to handle the entire dining area. Despite the pressure, things didn’t fall apart—mainly thanks to the amazing manager, Tina. She personally came to our table, checked in on us, and even took our order herself to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of hands-on service is rare and truly appreciated. Big shout out to Tina for stepping up and making sure we still had a good experience. She turned what could have been a frustrating afternoon into a positive one. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
