Bernard is an excellent taking our order and continued making sure our food and drinks were ok with us. Service is fast and food is hot. Food has been very good. Pleasant atmosphere and very clean. Great deals on all types of food. Salad bar is great lots of fresh options.

Super friendly service!! The waitresses are super nice and friendly and it over all is a great environment!! The smash burgers are always a 10/10, overall a 10/10 experience!

Walked in the door, the person at the entrance asked another employee tip seat us. That person didn't say a word..we just followed her to table and she set down the menus and walked away. Ordered alcohol and a water. Water never came. We ordered burger and fries.. judge for yourself in the picture but this is a small plate of food compared to cost. I wasn't thrilled. The best part of this meal was my Ruby Relaxer. As we were finishing up the same lady who took us to our seats came to the table beside us and from the end of table sprayed some cleaner to the window which could have been sprayed closer to window as to not get any in our booth. Thankfully we were finishing up to leave and we just left.

The food was great, my server Dasia was fantastic‼️ Love her drinks if anyone goes there ask for Dasia the bartender! The atmosphere was very calm and comforting. The salad bar was full and refreshing. Me and my girlfriend loved it and will be back‼️

This Ruby Tuesdays could be called the apethy and despair bar and grill. The staff moved with the pace of molasses in January let alone being greeted or smiled at. Forget the beer list most of those are out, ginge ale is flat, staff picking their faces and not washing hands. And last but not least the burgers were dry. Oh yea one last thing, while we ate at the bar lite up like we were under interrogation, there was a line of older couples trying to complain to the manager about his staff and dirty plates and the salad bar. He didn't care.

Disappointing Experience at Ruby Tuesday
I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Ruby Tuesday that has left me convinced I will not be returning. As a loyal customer who qualified for a free meal, I was excited to redeem this perk. Before placing my order, I specifically asked the server if the meal I selected was eligible for the promotion. The server assured me it was.
However, when the bill arrived, the manager refused to honor the promotion, insisting I still had to pay for my meal. This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. Despite explaining that the server had confirmed my meal was eligible, the manager was unyielding and unapologetic.
Such poor customer service is unacceptable. When a business makes a promise, it should be honored, especially when the mistake was on their part, not mine. This incident has not only ruined my dining experience but also shattered my trust in Ruby Tuesday. I highly recommend patrons to reconsider dining here if they value honesty, reliability, and respectful customer service. There are many other restaurants that value their customers and stand by their commitments.
