I had a problem with 3 orders after I placed an order, I went to pick it up, I got there to pick it up, I didn't have the ingredients Second, there were few potatoes in the combo and there was no drink, third there was no drink

This Ruby Tuesdays could be called the apethy and despair bar and grill. The staff moved with the pace of molasses in January let alone being greeted or smiled at. Forget the beer list most of those are out, ginge ale is flat, staff picking their faces and not washing hands. And last but not least the burgers were dry. Oh yea one last thing, while we ate at the bar lite up like we were under interrogation, there was a line of older couples trying to complain to the manager about his staff and dirty plates and the salad bar. He didn't care.

Disappointing Experience at Ruby Tuesday
I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Ruby Tuesday that has left me convinced I will not be returning. As a loyal customer who qualified for a free meal, I was excited to redeem this perk. Before placing my order, I specifically asked the server if the meal I selected was eligible for the promotion. The server assured me it was.
However, when the bill arrived, the manager refused to honor the promotion, insisting I still had to pay for my meal. This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. Despite explaining that the server had confirmed my meal was eligible, the manager was unyielding and unapologetic.
Such poor customer service is unacceptable. When a business makes a promise, it should be honored, especially when the mistake was on their part, not mine. This incident has not only ruined my dining experience but also shattered my trust in Ruby Tuesday. I highly recommend patrons to reconsider dining here if they value honesty, reliability, and respectful customer service. There are many other restaurants that value their customers and stand by their commitments.

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl, no pepper/onion/pico and an appetizer (queso with chips). The app was delicious and piping hot. I continued to wait over 30 minutes for the chicken burrito bowl, and there were maybe 4 other tables. When the waitress sat the food down it had pico on it. I said I’ve been sitting over 30 minutes and this isn’t right. The waitress was kind and asked if there was anything else she could get me, but at this point I was ready to leave and asked her to not worry about putting in a new order.

Scam. They said they gave a discount because the food wasn't right, but then charged regular price and said the manager's discount wasn't applied because you got a better deal on your special. The everyday special is $9.99, so there basically was no discount. Now I understand why Outback across the street is packed.
Vegetarian options: The Mozzarella sticks are amazing! They also offer a vegetarian Burger, fried mushrooms, stuffed mushrooms, onion rings and other vegetarian sides, spinach/artichoke dip and a big saladbar with a variety of vegetarian/vegan options. The only downside of the saladbar in my opinion is that the dressings are quiet fat and not really "healthy". But they do offer Oil and vinegar to create your own dressing instead.

I always love Ruby Tuesdays salad bar.I had a smash burger with fries along with their salad bar.The smash burger was cooked just right with crispy edges and melted cheese.The fries were hot and salty just like I like them.I also enjoyed one of their mini cocktails.The waitress Daysia was kind enough to honor my special request and change orange juice for pineapple juice,it was delicious! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I had ordered fried mushrooms to start with, and the waitress let me know that they were out . Good thing ,because I would have never had room to eat them !
Vegetarian options: Besides the salad bar,they had lots of vegetable options
Parking: Great parking lot with handicapped spots right at the front door
