Stopped by here with my girlfriend to grab a couple of chili and cheese dogs. Got home and to my disappointment received was looks like a smear of chili on each dog with cheese. Chili dogs as long as I can remember are loaded with chili.

I just discovered this place. Love it. Excellent lunch spot, very clean, great decor. I had a loaded hot dog their way (chili, onions and cole slaw & mustard?) with crinkle cut fries. They also have BBQ and chicken salad sandwiches. I'll be back.

Definitely NOT worth the $12.86. There is a 3%surcharge for using a debit/credit card. The hotdogs are similar to vienna sausages and the chili (if you can call it that) is tasteless, bland and watery.

Ordered chicken salad sandwich, bbq sandwich and side of macaroni salad. Chicken salad was tasty, but the chicken was ground into almost a paste. They toast the bread, without asking. Would liked to have had the choice of toast, or not. BBQ sandwich was small. Macaroni salad was horrible. No dressing whatsoever and had no taste. First and last time visiting.

Stopped in here on a whim. Met the owners who happened to be a married couple who were very friendly and social. Hotdogs were fantastic with really good soft chewy buns, fries were fresh and great uplifting music playing not too loud. Will definitely come

Just discovered this incredible Gem! The hot dog, chilli and coleslaw are AMAZING! Went back today and got the chicken salad and macaroni salad, beyond AMAZING! Great prices, fantastic service!!!! Everything is so fresh and homemade!!!!!

When I tell you there NC pulled pork bbq is the best I’ve eaten! Family, it’s truly delicious! They make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. We’ll definitely return next week!!!

What a surprise find! I was on the back my husband's motorcycle headed to the Northern Neck when we decided we wanted a quick bite to eat. Someone had mentioned something about hot dogs in the area so a quick Google search found Sam's Hot Dog Stand .04 miles away.We got there just in time because as soon as we ordered our hot dogs, the place filled up at like, 11:30am!Lots of choices, hot dogs, BBQ, did I see a grilled cheese? Think I did. Decent prices!Hubs got the two chili dogs combo, and I got the one dog combo. They both came with the drink. I got crinkle fries, he got chips.The weather was beautiful, so we sat outside and enjoyed our dogs!We will likely stop in again.
