Worst Starbucks I ever went to, not only did they make my order wrong, had to wait for a new one made to get handed a smaller size. Thanks Starbucks for messing up my order then give me a size less. Just really bad service. If the size you gave was messed up then the new order should be in that size, especially when you charge more than any other coffee shop.

I love this location and the other nearby at Target. However, I use this location for mobile ordering, as Target is not owned by Starbucks and doesn't allow mobile orders for that reason. Have made numerous errors when placing orders (or picking it up) and the employees here have always been nice enough to fix the errors, even though it's not their fault - great customer service!

I have been to many locations and this one had me feeling even more welcomed as the atmosphere with the Music ? was a plus. Of course, my beverage was on point as well and you can tell that the baristas were comfortable and the customer service was excellent. It was well worth the stop while navigating the Richmond, Virginia area.

Unfortunately this location doesn't have a drive through, parking us hard then you have all this mobil orders coming in, every where I go they are prioratazing the mobill orders and it takes to long for customers that come in.Parking: Hard to park

Wait time and service. Make sure when someone orders a bagel with cream cheese you put the cream cheese in the bag. Double check what's being ordered. It's simple.
