When y'all put that green tape over the hole in the coffee lid it doesn't come off so your stuck getting paper and coffee when you drink. Kinda nasty

Espresso machine was down. The cashier was irritated and unpleasant. Didn’t help suggesting alternatives. Suggested I go to another Starbucks. Third time I’ve been to this location and something’s broken. Last two times it was the ice machine (not back to back visits).

I come to this location one to two times a week. I always grab coffee and snacks for my kids when I do my shopping. After today's visit, I will not return. The lady with pink hair was extremely rude. Not only rude to me but rude to the following customers. She didn't acknowledge a single person. She made our drinks terribly. I wanted to return my drinks for a refund but I wanted to avoid any other conflict I just threw the drinks into the trash.
