I do not appreciate being forced to listen to the staff propaganda about fair labor practices in the middle of taking g my order for breakfast. All of a sudden The person taking my order stopped , turned to face her co worker who was on a stool speaking to the whole restaurant, reading a speech about their complaints. Completely unacceptable! After 4 minutes I turned around and left a 28$ order unfilled and in paid for. I will not support Starbucks ever!

Can you please come to Tappahannock to train the newest store that just opened?? We deserve the service this location gives! They are always so friendly, the drinks are ALWAYS right, & they don’t push you for a tip! I just love this location! (The only thing that would make it better would be the tight fit for bigger trucks in the drive thru but that has nothing to do with service) they are amazing💙

I always order from this location on my way to work. The baristas are very welcoming and they all work hard. I appreciate them for the wonderful service.This location gets busy and I’m happy they work as efficiently as they can despite how busy that place gets sometimes. Thank you!

We stopped at this Starbucks location on our way to Pennsylvania from Sarasota. The person that took our order was very friendly. The store has a great atmosphere and our order was great.

I ordered a small coffee with one sugar and cream. Simple request. The girl who took my order also made my coffee. After she put my coffee on the counter next to the coffee machine and handed my friend his coffee. I stand there waiting for 10ish minutes waiting for her to give me my coffee while I stead she was making the orders that were standing behind me in line. Come to find out I believe she was waiting for another employee running the drive thru to add my cream. Why not add it yourself. Is that a company policy? Clearly she saw me standing there waiting. She handed me a cold cup of coffee which I later threw in the trash when I got home. This location was on Bells Creek Road in Mechanicvile., Virginia. Disappointed in Starbucks.

Never order a cappuccino here...worst i ever had in starbucks...never expected this in starbucks..
My white chocolate mocha this morning. Apparently had been sitting for some time. Nothing to it and wasn’t even hot. Terrible customer service to give this to a paying customer. 1/3 was already gone! Waste of almost $6!

This was a frustrating visit on this particular day. there was a long wait at the drive-thru ordering spot with only one car in front of me. then another long wait with only two cars in front of me at the window. Plus my order was made as a cold beverage rather than hot and I specifically ask for hot every time. on the plus side they gave me the cold one in addition to the corrected one. I was in line with the drive-thru for over 10 minutes on this occasion. The final drink was correct and was tasty as usual.

30 minute wait for a cup of drip coffee. Cashiers won’t pour a cup of plain drip coffee like every other Starbucks on the planet.
