Food was horrible. ALL the vegetables tasted like water which tells me they were frozen. If chipotle can do fresh vegetables why can't subway. I will never go back to subway. It ruined subway everywhere for me. To spend 15 dollars and get what I got that place needs to be shut down.

Wife got food poisoning from this location. Closed at 9pm, wife went in at 8pm to grab food and the kid behind the counter gave her grief because he had already cleaned everything. Go somewhere else, this place should be closed.

Received coupons in the mail (I live local to this store) and went to get my lunch and they have a sign, NO COUPONS. This is really frustrating as I am a local resident who received them in the mail but then you can’t use them. They are pinching every penny. They send coupons, get you in the store and then you can’t use them. Such a joke! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS PLACE IS SELFISH AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!

Doesn't accept ANY Subway coupons even the paper coupons from the newspaper. Why??? Greed, that's why.Go to the Subway 5 minutes away on Chamberlayne instead. Much nicer people and they take Subway coupons, unlike this joke franchise.

Ive never order from this particular subway but I've used the appt many times at other subway and have never had an issue. I ordered through the mobile (appt @3:15 ) once I arrived at the store an employee stated they had not received my order, I had also paid on the app, pick up stated it would be ready at 3:35pm. I asked if they could make it or refund, which they could NOT DO EITHER. No sandwich because they never received the order- clearly stated on my subway app and also the charges on my credit card, could not be used to verify or even my order number to see it placed-basically I walk out scammed. The employee called the manager, who stated I could come back the next day for my refund but that the employee could NOT make the sandwich. I left a message at the number stated on the door. I walked out of there with no sandwich and no refund. It's a frustrating situation. ZERO STARS.

I ordered a foot long spicy Italian for my mom and when I brought it home she said it was beautiful. She’s really picky about her sandwiches so to me that’s high praise. I ordered myself a six inch turkey sub and it was very tasty. The bread was tasty and the filling was also good. One of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had
