It was Christmas day for dinner so I didn't know what to expect. We had not eaten there in many years. There were a handful of people eating at the tables and a few at the bar side. It was a very skeleton crew there because of the holiday, so we waited along with a few others who had come to pick up take out. When someone was free we were seated and our waitress was there in a little while to take our order. I just ordered a hamburger and onion rings. The sandwich was not made as I ordered, no bacon, and I received fries instead of onion rings. When it was pointed out, she brought the bacon and onion rings later. I don't consider this her fault. She was friendly, attentive and corrected the mistakes. The food was tasty and hot. My husband had fish and chips and thought it was good also. We both brought home our food we couldn't eat while there and they warmed up nicely for lunch the next day. Overall we were satisfied and I was thankful for the people who worked on Christmas day! I'm sure we will go back!

Customer service was great the waiter was nice and pleasant the food just didn't have a taste at all. It also had like 3 shrimps and 3 small pieces of chicken in each pasta we ordered. Fries were ordered with the rib meal were Luke warm.

I had ribs and mashed potatoes with broccoli. The flavor was good. The ribs were a little dry. The whisky glaze was good.
The food order was supposed to be spicy with shrimps, we order two meals, no season, bland taste, they put shrimp in the food with the shell on it without us knowing, I almost choke on the shell, the worst I ever experienced at this Friday, I will stick with the Hood Friday, they can cook on my side of the wood, never had a problem with the one on west broad st Glen Allen, but that Friday, suck, food raster like paper.

I was here on November 8 2023 and i told the waitress no pickle on the burger. Of course they never write it down. I wanted everything else on the burger. When my burger arrived it was loaded with pickles. Terrible waitress and i should have made them redo the burger

The “Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta” used to be my favorite thing on the menu. This is my THIRD experience where the noodles are undercooked & hard and the pasta has no flavor whatsoever. It’s not spicy and it doesn’t even taste like Alfredo sauce honestly. I’m so displeased as I have been craving this for a while. At least rename the dish if it isn’t going to be flavorful, let alone ”CAJUN.”

The place was extremely clean and our server was very personable. However, my meal/appetizer was a combo type platter. It was supposed to come with 4 cheese sticks, 4 potato skins, and 6 or 8 wings. (Not sure now) However when it was delivered, EVERY item was short!!! I don't know if this was a cost cutting thing or what, but I was shocked. The plate was beautifully laid out so there was no way it was an "oopsy". When it was pointed out, the server went to the kitchen to fix it but she didn't seem surprised by it. The additional pieces didn't come out until after we were all done eating our meals. The food was tasty, but I was floored at the "miscounting". (The potato skins were undercooked as well.)
Our local coed volleyball team visits this location once a Monday every month for their 50 Cent wing night. We love the atmosphere. We love watching the football games over screen. We especially love the different flavor choice of wings. The only downside is lack of waiter / waitress help after 7:00 p.m.. but we have enough fun and socializing to make up for the time it takes to get our food and our receipts. The Waitresses are always very nice to us. Great cozy place to go.

When we got there a fight broke out. No one intervened from restaraunt to calm it down. Girls yelling across restaurant. Food came out wrong. The salad we ordered Mango Thai came out with pine nuts, cranberries, onions, cooked carrots and the wrong dressing and no mango. Supposed to be candied pecans, no onions mentioned in description, no cranberries, carrots and diced Mango. We read the description to waiter and asked if that sounded right compared to what he brought. He said well that's how our demo looked. Then I ordered ribs and shrimp. Shrimp did not come. I asked for the shrimp and they brought 6 burnt up fried shrimp. The boneless wings were tough and overcooked. I then spoke to manager and he squared it away kinda. Got my shrimp right. Gave us some dessert comps and discounted our food. Probably not coming back. Took extra half hour we didn't expect.

Haven’t eaten at a Fridays in a long time and probably won’t eat at this one again. I’ve never had food that tasted so bad. I was shocked, in no way was I expecting Gourmet quality food, just simple restaurant food but they didn’t even meet that quality. The Philly Burger which was supposed to be medium well was burnt so bad I couldn’t taste it. The fries and appetizers were over cooked and dry, which seem to be common similarity in every meal at my table. The servers were nice and made sure we had drinks. The food was just ?.

My husband and I recently went here this pass Saturday (which online states it closes at 1am ) and was told at around 11:32am the kitchen was shut down after we stood for 5 min waiting to be serviced, I had to walk over to the bar and asked if we could get service ( the 2 ladies at the bar could see us standing and waiting and never acknowledged us ). The families sitting and eating just watched us as we stood with embarrassment ( all Caucasian ). We went to the car and waited to see if anyone else would be let in and behold a Caucasian man and child was let in with service. We left and was serviced at the one on board street. Do not spend your money at this establishment this is not the first time this has happened as we have been told ( just at a different location) . I am very disappointed and embarrassed as we now know why everyone in the restaurant was looking at us funny. Something needs to be done about this.
