Very disappointed. my husband got the chicken marsala and I got the shrimp salad. Both of our meals were not good unfortunately. Service was amazing. We got the lava cake for dessert and it was essentially a room temp brownie with chocolate syrup on top. We want to try it again for one of their weeknight specials bc they must have been having a really bad night.

Very average
We stopped by to grab a bite while waiting for our EV to charge, so the location was convenient. While the server was nice and courteous, the tuna in the ahi tuna salad was absolutely not fresh. You can see in the picture how the color is not right. It tasted old. The greens were clearly prepackaged, not house cut. My family had pasta and vitello which was decent.

I love Italian food, especially the mom and pop shops that aren’t upscale. This was the most unseasoned food I have ever eaten. I couldn’t believe the lack of seasoning. We had the tomato bruschetta (no garlic), fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (no flavor, and the chicken was rubbery), and penne vodka (it tasted like jarred sauce, presentation was horrible, and the chicken was chewy). Very disappointing.

We had business in Mechanicsville so needed a nice lunch spot. Glambancos was nice, not fast food, great service and not outrageously priced.

I got the pasta with kalamatas and spinach and it was delicious. Freshly baked bread in house! Overall good service the server just seemed a little dead inside. No biggie. Maybe put crushed red pepper on the table but the mozzarella fritti was fire!! Very well plated and excellent texture, nothing out of whack. Oh also Caesar salad was a little too mustardy
