I ordered a smoothie that tasted awful right before I got on the highway to go to Va tech and it was awful. I switch to a rental but left the SMOOTHIE in my car so I could replace it. Got back too late yesterday but came to replace my smoothie near my house and was declined by Emaleigh, Kayleigh. I didn't want my money back just a replacement. Nevertheless, I will never come here again. She wanted me to drive all the way to west broad for a replacement since this is where I purchased it. The worst customer service ever! So I should drive 30 minutes to replace a smoothie from the same company. Doesn't make since but I'll just dispute it with my bank.

Love app deals. Got a FREE 24oz smoothie w/food purchase (was available for entire WEEK in summer). Like featured smoothie flavors during year to try new ones. Like the food, especially bread for sandwiches. Wish could add honey mustard for substitute dressing & had more sandwich selection. Bathrooms always clean. Only problem is I am too sensitive to an additive in smoothies. They make me cough!

I went in tonight for a smoothie something different. I had a taste for something sour and and they didn’t have anything on the menu sour. So I asked Gabriel(I think that’s how you spell it) for something sour and sweet. I told him my favorite candy was sour patch kids and jolly ranchers. He said he would mix some flavors together and get me right. And that he did it is AMAZING and we named it Gabriel’ Sour Slime!!! If you guys like sour and sweet ask him to make it for you you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Gabriel and it was my first time going in there. I will definitely go back

so basically i ordered a grilled cheese and got the wrong thing it had like meat sause and and cheese? i don’t know. but me and my father were disappointed. the smoothie was so good though!!! i got mango!! the top wasnt on all the way.
