Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The customer service was great. I purchased an acai bowl, and although I usually buy them from another location, I wanted to give this spot a try. The amount of fruit on the bowl was way less compared to what I am accustomed to. Also, parking was challenging trying to find a parking spot.

Food was excellent and hot. The 4 smoothies were ready on time and my Blimey Limey was spot on. My son's and my daughter's smoothies were also excellent. This straight from their lips. The store was very clean. And Kobie (mgr) was super friendly and even made some suggestions as to alternate smoothies she thought I might enjoy since Blimey Limeys are my go-to.

My rating is solely based on the fact that my Bahama Mama tastes like water with a slash of strawberry. Where is the white chocolate?!?! Where is the pineapple?!?!? Where is the coconut? I am extremely dissatisfied with my lunch today and will never go to this location again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

This location has never given me a "great" smoothie, so I typically try to avoid it. However, my daughter just finished her concert down the road and this was the closest location. We checked and saw that it closed at 9:00 that night and because it was only 8:15, we knew we had time.

Not only was the staff incredibly rude, the cashier actually acted annoyed that she had to move her one headphone off of her ear to take our order. Her music was loud enough that she could clearly still listen to her "jams" with the other one on her ear. I should have left then but again, my daughter really wanted Tropical Smoothie to celebrate her concert.

Finally got our food and sat down to eat. Noticed at 8:35, everyone behind the counter was starting to come around and stare at us/our table. I told the kids to try and finish up, so my youngest daughter (9yo) went to use the restroom before we headed out. THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON US! WHILE my child was in the bathroom! AT 8:42! Thankfully I went to meet her at the bathroom door because she was terrified to walk out into a dark restaurant. We headed back to the table and I told them to wrap up so we could leave. The staff actually came out to look at us AGAIN and said "Oh my God they are stillll here!" really loudly. I was livid. We were home before the store was even scheduled to close.

We love Tropical Smoothie and frequent other locations often. It is unfortunate this one is so terrible because I pass by it every single morning. It would be my Starbucks if they were not so horrible.

Long time TS customer. First time at this location, and it will be my last. Sandwich was mostly bread with some chicken and scraps thrown in, beyond disappointing. Wish I had checked the other reviews here before ordering. Buyer beware!

I love TS But the Atlee Rd Rutland Commons store is the worst! Their smoothies always taste different every time you get one here (I order the exact same one each time)! There are employees there that are unfriendly & have bad attitudes! Today there was some younger guy hanging around who I guess is seeing one of the girls who was working today. They also have an issue with scanning your TS app to earn your reward points. I told her I was scanning my app to earn points and she said okay but I see she didn't do it. I've given this store 4 chances! I think I'm the wrong color if you know what I'm saying. Never again! I will drive out of my way to visit a different location or just get smoothies from Wawa for now on. This store needs New employees & better management!

The sweet potato side was half the portion it used to be and it smelled weird and was way softer like it was rotten. The wrap was ok but very poorly put together.

The staff is kind of rude, I watched one employee put together a bowl using her bare hands to place the fruit, and then the turkey bacon ranch sandwich I ordered still had the paper on the meat.

Walked in and stood waiting for someone to offer assistance. Never happened!! Customer service is a must!!

Legit the SLOWEST service in all the land. People left the store because it took too long. This is my third time since moving here I’ve tried and this is the last. Took FOREVERRRR

I walked in just now. The worker looked at me, went into kitchen, and ignored me for nearly 10minutes. I was the only person in the store waiting. I ended up just leaving and a few minutes after the employee got in her car and left. Really strange and poor service.

First time visiting this location, Quick for lunch time service, my sunset sunrise with TBR wrap was go good … very good clean vibe and atmosphere.

Parking: Small parking lot in-front if shopping center

I said id never go back… but i did. I walked up to the register and saw an employee making a wrap without gloves. I thought that was wild enough. 5 seconds later she turned her head and her long hair touched the wrap. I left. About 5:25pm on 10/14/23 in case the owners wanna pull cameras. Hope you guys are gone soon and something better can be put in this suite.
