Lines were too long, there were self checkouts that were green signaling they are open and available but when approached they were unable to be used.
Just another Walmart. Not the best. Mechanicsville is not what it used to be. But it’s convenient if you’re in the area.
Went to get a tire serviced that was purchased at another Walmart. Excellent service when I bought them. I callled first. They told me to bring it in. Upon arrival, someone came out, told me to park somewhere else, asked me what the problem was. I told them. “Well that what you get with an American product” he says. He doesn’t know me and insulted me off hand. Now I’m at Discount Tire down the street. I think they need to take a field trip over here to see how to do customer service.

Actual people available at Cash Registers during the day. Night time they usually just make Customers go through Self Check Out, maybe 1 regular check out pane with Casher open.

I love shopping at Walmart I get some groceries there fishing tackle there . Pet supplies there.

Made an appt for tires to be put on on website it says 5 to6 and because I didn't get there right at 5 it was a no go . Terrible
