New Carmel crunch frosted had one large chunk of the crunchy item. Disappointed.
Very rude staff. Would just look at you and not answer any questions or talk back.
If you go through the drive-thru and you like hot fresh food you won't get it here your food will be cold please go somewhere else and spend your money this place sucks I hope the manager of the owner of this place sees my comment and starts to change this place before it's too late and they shut this dump down like you did the one in Ashland
This Wendy's is like playing the lottery, you place your order and they just give you whatever they decide to give you. They can't keep orders straight to save their lives. You can literally watch the employees come outside one at a time to take turns hitting a blunt out back.
Tony and his team are great. There are only a few people left, like Tony, who cares about their job. I won't eat in any other Wendy's if it were the last place to go.
Better then the one on 360.
I waited in line for a long time. After I finally ordered over the speaker, I waited a long time again. No problem. I get to the window and hear them inside saying they needed two taco salads. The worker finally came to the window and said she forgot they didn't have chili to make taco salads. I don't know where the other customer was, but I assumed it was person waiting ahead of me in the "pull over" and wait longer area.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 min with no answer while employees were sitting down inside and it was over and hour and a half before closing time. They locked the interior doors and just sat there.

Cashier who took my order (male) held me at the drive thru window while he tried scanning my card several times. After the machine failed to read my card he asked if I had another card. I explained the card I gave him was brand new and I know funds were available. He explained it wasn't my card but the machine itself. I told him I didn't want to run another card and I no longer wanted my order. Suddenly the card seemed to work, I received my food and drove off. In the bag I found nothing that I ordered and my bank called me 2 days later saying my card has been locked due to fraudulent charges to bestbuycom. Im not accusing anyone of anything yet because it's still under investigation but I thought it was worth warning others to beware.

This place used to be pretty good. Last 3 times I went and the wait time just to place an order was over 10 minutes drive-thru and dine-in. Food and service was horrible. Last time i waited over 10 minutes and I was the only customer there, left without placing an order.

I used to love this location a lot until I went in tonight…
Let me break it down for you. So, I order on the app to dine in and it tells me that once I arrive, I just hit the button saying I’m here and wait at the counter and listen for my name.  as soon as I arrive, I hit the I’m here button and go inside and wait by the counter. I waited about 8 to 10 minutes with workers walking past me and looking at me and not speaking a word to me before I finally spoke up myself to ask if my order was being made.  they tell me that they can’t find my order in the system so I show him my app and then all of a sudden, he finds my order and says he will start making it now. No big deal. When we get our cups, one of the drink machines was completely out of every drink they had. And the other machine had no carbonation for any of the sodas there. So every soda I tried was completely flat. I let them know and they didn’t offer me anything else. Whatever, I let it go. Then we get our food. My burger’s bun was freezing cold, the meat was cold, everything on it was cold. I normally HATE making people go out of their way to fix something but I couldn’t eat a cold sandwich. I ask them to please remake it and why, he says “no problem” and makes it. Comes back with the wrong sandwich… So, I tell him what sandwich I got, AGAIN, he makes it again and it’s still cold. I just wave my white flag and decide to eat it, anyway. But then I realized it’s not just my burger, it’s everything. The fries, the nuggets. All cold. Even my daughter couldn’t eat hers because of it. We ate what we could, because we were hungry. All the while, I was noticing that people were trying to come in to dine in and were locked out. I was confused so when we went to leave, a worker ran out to give a customer food but had to knock at us to let him back inside because now both entry doors were locked. Lilli lets him inside and I get uncomfortable because people are locked out but WE are inside. So, we go to leave and the drive thru is CRAZY. Because the people wanting to dine in, can’t. We see several more people, including dashers, trying to open the lobby door to get their orders and can’t…

I don’t know what’s going on with the food industry lately but it’s WILD. 🙄
(And no, it wasn’t super understaffed. They had 6-7 workers in the back that I could see)

They supposedly serve breakfast until 10:30. But today is the 3rd time that I’ve be come here in as many weeks at 10:15-10:20 and I can’t even get eggs! Breakfast “until” should mean that. The staff is different than it was about 2 months ago. It used to be awesome coming to this location. But the people here now are lazy and have zero personality. They look at you when you say good morning. No responses. No “welcome to”. No “how can I help you”. Sad.

Needed something to eat had been to long. They were not busy so ordered quickly. Sorry there was no ice in one drink machine so the soda's were warm. The other was cold. When not busy have to watch how food is prepped and timing. Nuggets were so-so, fries alright, my jr bacon cheeseburger was good. They cooked some fresh nuggets for us.
