I had 2 takeout orders but when I arrived home I only received 1 order. The area at 5pm is extremely busy so I decided not to go back. Next time I will check my order more thoroughly before I leave the restaurant.

Employee says their backed up for 10 minutes, but when other person comes into restaurant they take order immediately. Walk back up and employees get angry.

Frosty Machine was broken, that's really the only reason I went, Service was very blunt. Wendy wouldn't be impressed. At least the food was hot and strawberry Lemonade flavorful.

Ordered on line and when I got there I gave my name and they told me to pull up that it was ready. When I got to the window they said it wasn't ready and asked me to pull up. I went inside just to find out they were out of what I had ordered.

Recovering from surgery today. Husband took the kids to this wendys. They forgot my sons nuggets and my husband went back and did not have the receipt and I don't believe they gave him one. He went back and they REMEMBERED him and made him buy new ones. Like really? You can't give him a 4 piece nugget YOU forgot to to give him? Terrible customer service
