I get up to the window and this old man working there tosses me my bag of food then rudely ask “what drink is it”. After giving me my drink I realize I have no straw and I’m waiting there trying to ask him for a straw. When he turns his head and huffs and says “what are you still doing here” I was like I need a straw please. He rudely says “I put a straw in the bag” (there was no straw in the bag) and he rolls his eyes and proceeded to hand me a straw.

I was extremely impressed with the inside of this Wendy's. The environment was clean and welcoming. The employees working were polite and friendly. Sitting there eating dinner I told my husband this was the nicest Wendy's we'd ever been to.

Came in the restaurant around 9:00pm and 2 employees were sitting in the lounge chairs by the door. The store smelled heavy throughout of marijuana. When I said something to the male employee behind the register with the durag on his head told me it was legal. Most of not all of the staff looked as if they were high. Shame on you Wendy's.

Everytime I order online they send me old food the manager needs to be pay attention to the quality of
Confirmed, worst Wendy's. Went around 11:00. Asked to pull up when fries weren't ready even though no one else in line. I get it. It circumvents the timer. No sauce for nuggets in bag. It never is. So I reversed back to the window and asked for sauce along with the full fry order since it barely had any. He half jokingly asked if I ate them. Got home and found this double with cheese made of two jr patties which were dry as F and tasted like fish. IDK. The fries were pretty good. This restaurant really sucks.

The service is ridiculous! Waited 20 minutes at speaker for someone to take order. The staff just d9nt Carr. Waited so long at the window the girl asked me to pay again I just she forgot I paid? After ordering I Waited and than they told me they are out chilli. People just walking around doing nothing. I'm not even sure if I'm comfortable eating the food at this point. I have never had a good experience at this Wendy's amd I will probably not order from this restaurant anymore. Given the last several reviews I don't think anyone should eat here anymore. It doesn't appear to be getting better, just worse.
