Do better wendys. Im sorry the worker in the drive thru had to be there 11 minutes longer than her 4pm clock out time, but like that means you cant get food right?

To my surprise, mid week at lunch time the drive thru was slammed however ordering at the speaker was best as could be, service at the window was excellent. Order was correct & food was as expected. (These things are hard to come across these days) the polite customer service was almost a shock, which is sad but was pleasant.

Two men wearing collared shirts were assisting the window, I’m assuming managers. Keep it up & let your employees know how great they are!

The parking lot smelled of urine, this set the tone for the rest of the experience. I could tell the employees wish they were anywhere but at work by the way my food was casually tossed on the counter. The burger seemed like it was slopped together and the nuggets were a few seconds from being cardboard. I don't think this was a one off experience. It won't happen again!

Store was not clean at all. Fries taste like had been sitting for awhile. I give 3 stars cause I've been to this same location before and experience was better.

*Update, tried again for morning service. 25+ minute wait in drive through to get 4 breakfast sandwiches. Not going to comment too much on other things worth noting, but management definitely needs to address this location.

No straws or napkins for dine in customers then they forgot 2 of our sandwiches and when we said something they accused us of lying how you order 8 sandwiches for your family only get 6 while dinning in and they can clearly see it for themselves and still say they gave you the right amount glad this wad just a quick stop on the way to the beach

The cashier who was bagging our food kept touching his face and scratching himself all over. The AC didnt work and we waited 30 minutes to dine in. This store needs a lot of help! I wont be coming back any time soon.
