I'm fairly certain this is the worst run Wendys in the U.S. I pulled up to the drive through at 2:30 in the afternoon l for them to tell me "drive through is closed" after someone just ordered in front of me. I asked if they could repeat themselves to make sure I heard correctly and they said "yeah, now the drive through is closed, you have to come in to order".I go inside for a very rude person at the cash register to tell me she'd be with me in a minute. 15 minutes later, I was finally able to order. While ordering she was cutting up with the other workers in the back so I had to repeat myself multiple times. I then say for another 10 minutes waiting for my food.Truly disgusted with this Wendys as I really enjoy Wendys food but don't want to deal with the folks at this location. I typically avoid it, but thought I'd give it a try today... Which was a mistake.

They usually get your order right but they are slow at all times of the day . You will be waiting 10-25 mins minimum each time you come here.Update: If you are going to close three hours early every week, maybe the hours should be changed on your site.

The sign in the door said they were open but the doors were locked and we weren't able to get in. It was 240pm in the afternoon on a Sunday. Drive- thru at this location sucks also.

Ordered 2 kids meals, and in one the apples had NO expiration sticker but the apples smelled horrible, and had mold all over them, and the other happy meal had a expired sticker on it, and mold on those apples, and the milk seal was opened and milk was empty and the cap put back on milk ( so I'm assuming somebody trifling self drinker the milk and put in the bag which is disgusting) beyond trifling that this was served in a kids meal! I am already report to the VA dept to look into this. What if my kids ate this thank God i check their food before giving them it, but some parents are on the go and don't some young child could have ate mold, and put their mouth on the milk where somebody else's nasty lips was on it. DISGUSTING.

Great customer service from the young gentleman working the drive through and order taking! We had a very complicated order and he was very patient and cooperative. People like him are the reason why people eat fast food haha. Also, I hope you guys got that crazy moth back outside!With love,The 4 crazy teenagers

My 2 children, 6 and 7 yo, and I stopped in for lunch. What a wonderful staff and good food at affordable prices. We were greeted with smiles and warm customer service. Fast and friendly. Kids were very, very happy with their dreamsicle frosties and burger and fries.

Crew is very rude and disrespectful. When asked about an order they get mad and start cussing the customers out. They wait about 10 minutes before even acknowledging the fact that someone is there waiting for help. Food is made very sloppy and the place is a mess in

Frustrating experience came through the drive-thru there's a giant sign next to the drive-thru speaker that says upgrade your combo to a lemonade for 50 cents more. So I did that and I happen to notice on the speaker that it said 80 cents so I asked them to fix it to the advertised price and did not appreciate the attitude that came along with it. If you're going to advertise something for a certain price your computer should match that price or you should not have a problem with fixing it ultimately it was fixed but all the huffing and puffing that I could hear on the speaker and in the background at the window was not necessary.

If I could give 0 to the service l would !Got in line, the girl at the registrar completely ignored us! She just kept gossiping with her two friends. So we left after waiting .Worst service we have ever had.

Argued about something listed as a side on their menu, as well as a meal. Staff had a bad attitude and didn't seem to know the menu options or they refuse to put an updated menu up outside. Wild that the employees just up and argue with people right off the bat.

Ordered online. After waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes. They told me i had to come inside to get my food.But when I came inside associates sitting around with manager. 4 people to ask me what my name was. Than what my order was.Got it delicious. But either cut off online ordering. Have a sign up or something.
