We're so disappointed. This cake was for my grandmother's 90th birthday, and the pictures speak for themselves. Customer service was kind enough to refund my mother's money, but that doesn't make up for part of my grandmother's surprise being ruined. Please don't allow this to happen again.

Everything is good!
Chocolate and carrots cakes were both delicious. Multiple compliments! All very happy with them.

Very disappointed with this location. I’ve been to the other locations over the years and always find something amazing. Perhaps the items were amazing here also but I’ll never know because of the extremely rude customer service I encountered. I refuse to spend my money where I’m not treated respectfully. My sister and I went in, the store looked deserted and then I noticed the woman sitting further back. She verbalized that she was cold and had a space heater nearby. We inquired about a few items and she ignored some of my sister’s questions, then appeared as if she wanted us to hurry up. I finally began my order and she rudely asked if I was going to get more than one item. I said yes so she grabbed a box and the tissue paper. I asked for a cinnamon bun but she reached for the smaller one and I asked if I could have a different one. She stood back and huffed saying she already put her hand on it. I immediately took offense to her stance and tone and she started saying “what do you want?” Now that I put my hand on this one. I told her I don’t want anything from someone who speaks to customers like this. She said, “so you’re not getting anything?” I said absolutely not because of the attitude and poor customer service. I was really excited about visiting there and after recently having surgery it was going to be my treat. Instead My sister and I left and found better service and great desserts elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! I hope no one else has to experience this. If you don’t like all customers, then customer service is not the best job for you. PS…we were the same race, so hopefully, it was not a racial issue.
I will travel further from home if I ever want Williams bakery again.

Small town bakery that I stopped by on a whim. Glad I didn't see the reviews today, because from what I saw and tasted, this place is crushing it.
Snagged up 3 honey sticky buns... Daaaang. Great flavor, not too sweet, plenty gooey. Perfection.
Both gals working were friendly and professional.
So yeah, stop by if you're near! They had plenty of donuts, cakes, and pies when I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon ~1pmish.

Just went to get donuts for work and was told they had no product. Really, no product on a Wednesday morning?? This is the second disappointment I've had with this bakery. Being from NY I was not expecting much of the bakeries down here, but I was expecting them to at least have product.
The BEST boston cream doughnut I ever had! We will be back.
