The absolutely delicious wedding cake made our special day that much more special!! It was stunning and the moistest pound cake ever! Our guests raved about the marble, spice and almond cake layers with yummy buttercream icing!!

Everything is fresh and delicious! The donuts were fresh and soft. The giant cinnamon crunch cookie is delightful! The creme horn pastry was perfect. I don't taste chemicals like the one sold at Walmart! They have fresh bread too, but they were sold out. It is nice to find a real bakery again.

Hey everybody,
I am not from the Mechanicsville area so I was relying on research to find a cake for a special occasion. When I saw how long Williams Bakery has been in business I knew that they must be doing something right !!
I also had a special request for delivery. She "Fran" said that she would be glad to do that and even recommended to decorate and inscribe their pound cake , in which is a unique idea. She even sent me a pic of the awesome cake when completed.
They delivered the very next day...?
now that's what i call great service . This bakery is a rare gem in society today.

I ran in here the other day (the Mechanicsville windmill location) and grabbed 4 raspberry donuts…they were heavenly:)
I remember going to this bakery as a kid when they were on Williamsburg Rd. and when going to college when they were in Highland Springs; they have ALWAYS been the BEST!!!

Coconut bars were not for human consumption they were awful.

As someone who works making donuts from scratch I wanted to try this place out. These donuts weren’t appealing as they just looked old and tasted stale. I’m not quite sure if they are made fresh daily but definitely didn’t seem the case. The lady that helped us was sweet and patient as we tried to pick options from slim pickings on a Saturday morning at 10 am.
