Cana Vineyards is very nice and little on the small side but very nice

Lovely place to spend a few hours and relax! Lovely and friendly staff, amazing landscape, and tasty wines of course!

We went for the first time and they were closing early due to a private event/wedding. Even though we were there an hour before this closing everyone was so preoccupied with prepping for the wedding they seemed frustrated to have to stop to get us two glasses of wine. Then they went around giving everyone a 25 min warning ro leave. There are plenty of other wineries we will go to next time.

Oh my goodness, the vineyard is absolutely gorgeous!! The wine slushies were amazingggggg and if you go, you have to stop by the cafe. It was adorable and so well decorated! Would highly recommend!

Good place. We visited for wedding

A true hidden gem! The staff are warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Loved that you can build your own charcuterie boxes such a fun and tasty option. Definitely recommend trying the Rosé of Merlot, it pairs beautifully.

My wife and I returned after several months and were immediately taken with the beautiful facilities. The views of the vineyards and mountains are great. The new Black Oak Cafe is fantastic and the pizza we had was delicious. We met the owner, Lisa, there and she was very welcoming. After sitting down with a tasting flight another employee (Don) met us to discuss the wine club. He has a wealth of knowledge and talked to us at length about their winemaking process. This is one of the best wineries we’ve visited in many years.

Cana Winery in Middleburg, VA is my go-to spot for business meetings — it strikes the perfect balance between professional and relaxed. I really enjoy coming here to connect over a thoughtfully curated charcuterie board paired with their excellent selection of local wines. The beautiful scenery and quiet outdoor space, surrounded by nature, create an inspiring and peaceful backdrop that makes every meeting feel special.

The tasting at this vineyard was well done. My wife and I just didn’t happen to find most of the wines to our liking. So, no marks down because of that. The person leading the tasting was knowledgeable and friendly, which is what you look for. We did talk a lot about port so they ended up giving a sample of the Porta Bella, which we did end up buying. Checking out was a bit of a joke because there were two people involved, issues with their credit card machine, or perhaps with their own system itself. But, anyway, checking out took twice as long as the time at the tasting for our group of three couples, each with purchases. They were also extremely nice to give us a full shipping carton for free (we offered to pay for it), because we had wine from a couple other vineyards we needed to combine to get home. I felt a bit for a couple other of our couples who did very much like the wine and ordered quite a bit shipped home, and yet still were not comped their tasting. That is just common practice at the many many wineries I have visited around the world – if you buy a good bit of wine, your tasting is then free. Not the case here.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, helping the day run smoothly from start to finish. As a wedding photographer, I greatly appreciated the thoughtful layout and flow of the venue. It allowed me to capture everything from intimate moments to sweeping landscape shots. Cana is a dream location for couples who want rustic elegance and unforgettable scenery. Highly recommended!

The property is pretty and lively. But the staff is so rude. I’d avoid this winery. There are plenty good ones to go to.

Cool spot. Where Lizz’s pre-wedding party was held. Food and wine were good.

Love the place and the atmosphere. Had a great bottle of Austrian rose. Only issue is that they didn’t seem staffed enough for a crazy day like Mother’s Day! Also loved the Wayne’s Delicious Eats food truck. I’d recommend more staff to deal with the crowds on a busy day like Mother’s Day
