“Best tapas ever!!!!!!!!!!”

“We stayed two nights at the Red Fox Inn while celebrating our 46th Wedding Anniversary. The Orange County room in the original historic building was cozy, spacious and well-appointed. The bed was really comfortable and the sitting room was perfect for sipping champagne and wine at night or enjoying the box breakfast and coffee in the morning. We were not disappointed with our room selection for our stay in Middleburg. Our stay was wonderful and a memorable experience. The tavern bar is also small and cozy but does not open until 4:30 PM. Only one disappointment was that The Tavern Inn no longer offers lunch and their dinners are limited to a rather pricey $125 per person 4-course meal offering since the ala carte menu was discontinued a while back. Without the ability to choose from a wider and more reasonably priced menu selection, we chose to eat elsewhere in Middleburg during our stay.”

“A perfect place to have a party! Natalie was a wonderful event planner, our server was amazing (I wish I could recall his name), and the food and beer were delicious! The whole establishment was beautifully decorated for the holidays and there was live music throughout the day and night.”

“Oh my goodness! I just ate the most delicious hot barbecue beef sandwich from this little deli. Yum! Highly recommend. PS expect to wait because good food takes time. They are super popular because they make great food.”

“King Street Oyster Bar in Downtown Middleburg is truly a gem, the food is fresh & delicious. The service was flawless, the drinks are very creative and tasty. The gelato is by far THE BEST gelato I have ever tasted. They also offer a great variety of food & Drinks for their Happy Hour. ❤️❤️”

“Love Teddys Pizza and of course the overall environment of the restaurant complete with great conversation, live in Winchester and drive 30-40 minutes. We typically get a large White "Caucasian Pie" with pepperoni - so so good! Remember it's, Life is like a box of chocolates - NOT was!”

“My daughter provided me with Cow Puddle Cookies. I have been in love with them since I first tasted them. I just visited and my daughter Karen sent me home with a dozen of them. They are gone but I was able to order a couple dozen today. Cannot wait for them to get here. I have eaten other cookies and all I have tasted were excellent. If you have not tried these you are missing out on a real treat.”

“Mauri was our waiter and he was the absolute best. As someone from Texas I’m very happy to have decent Mexican food in town. Love the enchiladas Maria with the cheese sauce 🤤”

“We arrived at the Red Horse Tavern when outside patio seating was crowded with a 45-minute wait but inside we were greeted by a young man and given our choice of three tables in a small room to the right. We were waited on very quickly for drinks and food arrived timely. I couldn't believe how good the Irish burger and salad was, and my wife's Salmon was excellent. Our friends raved about their burgers with sweet potato and regular fries. Great servers made the whole experience relaxing. We felt special even though the room was full within ten minutes when we sat down. We definitely will return, and the prices are fantastic!”

“Premium Service & menu. Great signature drink menu! With a 6:30 reservation the bar area can be energized. We set on the right side in the area behind the wall separating the bar. I would suggest over towards the windows, as we finished, a game of pool started. This did not diminish the Service & menu..Just heads up..Bon appetite!!”

“Love the atmosphere and the food. I came in by myself without reservations. The host at the front went out of his way to find me a table but none were available and a 45 minute wait. Finally a seat at the bar opened and he asked me if I minded sitting there, I said no problem. The bar tender who waited on me was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great service and checked on me frequently. I highly recommend this place! I had Fish and Chips snd Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. That was soo good.”

“Before my husband passed away, he said he wanted me to throw him a party instead of a memorial. I held a Celebration of Life for him Friday evening (his birthday) in the Bear Cave.
