“Great experience today at the Boxwood Estate winery. Winery itself is top-notch on every aspect. Architecture is amazing. Staff is very friendly and well attentive to customer needs. Most importantly the wine is wonderful whether you are into White's ,Reds or even rose'. Highly recommend!”

“My siblings and I hosted a surprise anniversary party for our parents at Lost Barrel and it was incredible! We rented the studio and saloon for our party so we had a kitchen and bathroom upstairs and cornhole and plenty of seating in both areas. Natalie made booking the space and pre ordering food very quick and seamless! She was wonderful to deal with! Everyone at the party was able to scan the QR code and order drinks, and they came out fast even with a large number of people all ordering separately. I highly recommend hosting here!”

“Very pleasant first visit. Lovely setting and appreciate the indoor/porch/outdoor seating options. Wine was very good and all Virginia-sourced, though we found it pricier than other Virginia-sourced vineyards. Did a tasting then each had a glass of Viognier and Merlot. We had the Italian Mezze and Beef Pate plates and they were beyond delicious. Will certainly be back.”

“We decided to have lunch in Middleburg today (along with all of Virginia)
Was gonna go to Red Horse Tavern but the wait was too long for us.
Walked around a bit and decided to stop into a quaint looking Mexican Restaurant called CDMX Bar and Grill.
So glad we did!!
I got the 3 Carne Asada Tacos on soft flour tortillas. (They offer both hard or soft corn or flour tortillas).
Wife got the Fajita Salad.
The tacos were absolutely delicious! 2 different sauces, mild and hot. Hot was amazing. Flavor was on point!
Wife's salad was awesome too!
The thing that put ever over the top? Freshness!
Everything, from the free chips and salsa when you sit down to the sides of guac to the tortillas... everything was fresh! You can definitely taste it!
If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop on in.

“My daughter provided me with Cow Puddle Cookies. I have been in love with them since I first tasted them. I just visited and my daughter Karen sent me home with a dozen of them. They are gone but I was able to order a couple dozen today. Cannot wait for them to get here. I have eaten other cookies and all I have tasted were excellent. If you have not tried these you are missing out on a real treat.”

“This cute little bakery/cafe has is located in the basement level just a few steps down from the Main Street in Middleburg. There’s a small selection of locally baked treats and drinks including coffee, cappuccino, etc. Prices are comparable to other bakeries in northern Virginia.”

“We arrived at the Red Horse Tavern when outside patio seating was crowded with a 45-minute wait but inside we were greeted by a young man and given our choice of three tables in a small room to the right. We were waited on very quickly for drinks and food arrived timely. I couldn't believe how good the Irish burger and salad was, and my wife's Salmon was excellent. Our friends raved about their burgers with sweet potato and regular fries. Great servers made the whole experience relaxing. We felt special even though the room was full within ten minutes when we sat down. We definitely will return, and the prices are fantastic!”

“We recently went to Gold Cup wine bar and sat outside for a birthday get together. We have been here many time before but what set this experience apart was our server, Bryce. He went above and beyond to make the evening special for our group, which included kids and the birthday girl. He was very attentive and always had a smile on his face. He even brought out some blankets as it started to cool off in the evening. Thank you for making the experience so memorable!”
