Absolutely awful service from an old lady. She was extremely grumpy and got frustrated when we asked for a small coffee. She kept getting mad that we didn't specify exactly how we wanted it (how many pumps of flavor, hot vs. cold, etc.) even though that wasn't specified on the menu. Would not recommend the ice cream either, it's just basic Hershey's ice cream that you can find anywhere. Not special, terrible service, and hidden fees for using a card. Would not recommend, save your time elsewhere.

I was in Middleburg for a bachelorette party last weekend and had your chocolate raspberry ice cream. Well, I can’t stop thinking about it 🤣 LOVE LOVE LOVE. so cute and the nicest people, plus they support animal rescues!

Great ice-cream place in the middle of picturesque town of Middleburg, Virginia. Sometimes there are so many customers in line that patience is needed but well worth it!
