The elegant atmosphere and attentive service create an enjoyable evening. The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a greenhouse-like setting, and a roaring fire, creating a romantic ambiance. The chef's tasting menu allows guests to choose their desired courses, showcasing the culinary expertise. Dishes such as the pickled apple salad, scallop, honey nut squash, pot au feu, and salmon have received high praise for their perfect execution. The restaurant also provides special touches, like an amuse-bouche of an oyster with caviar and mango. While the dessert selection could be improved, the overall experience is highly recommended. Guests have been returning since the restaurant's opening and plan to stay at the property in the future.
