My girlfriend and I spent the weekend in Middleburg as a short getaway from DC. There were lots of highlights and the town itself was lovely, but our time at Tremolo was absolutely fantastic. Intimate. We really enjoy the experience there, and brought friends for our repeat dining adventure. It’s pricey, but we love how knowledgeable the staff were and the great flavors of drinks and food.
Wow!! I can look forward to going to Middleburg for the dining again. Prior to coming to Tremolo I was beginning to find my options were slim. I was *resolute* about finding something this time, even if I had to travel out of town. I come to Middleburg for horses but thoroughly enjoy sitting down at a good restaurant scene.
