What a lovely McDonald's and very coean, the interior style has a nice layout and not cramped together, nice window seats available. The food is standard, its McDonald's, but the service here is good and polite, I like it.
WiFi is very slow though, but its not like people come here to use, thougg I had an emergency task to do with it.
Overall, nice place to sit, chill, and eat.

We’ll call this one an “Unhappy Meal”
Unfortunately our toddlers had a melt down after getting excited about Mario Bros toys that were displayed out front but weren’t actually available (they were Mario and Princess Peach for Halloween). The woman on staff was rude when we asked about it and wasn’t helpful in our quest to calm down the kids.
Two business lessons/takeaways: 1.) parents generally won’t shop at places that make their kids have public meltdowns… 2.) expressing empathy goes a long way!

There is no self-service ordering machine, and the food is not delivered after it is ready. If you say you are eating here, it will be taken away.
Parking: There are parking spaces in the front and back, and there is a hotel next door. There are many trucks parked in the parking lot.

Carena was AMAZING. Had a small dog emergency and she was accommodating and helpful. However, Brayleen was aloof, nasty and provided ZERO helpful local information. I asked what part of Virginia this was and she said and I quote, "I don't know". She should be fired immediately because who doesn't know where they work. Carena REALLY saved the day for me. Thank you so much.
