Stopped by here on the way to martinsburg and this is the first time in a long time that I have had some fresh hot good food at McDonald’s. The nuggets were even crispy!!! Everything was hot and fresh and they did not play around with portions. Appreciate that! I don’t know whose running this McDonald’s but you and your staff are doing great!

I stopped by for breakfast. The listed hours are 0500-2300. It didn’t specify a difference in hours between the lobby or drive-thru, but at 0630 the doors were locked. No big deal. I go through the drive-thru. I take the vacant outside lane. Two cars are served in the inside lane before my order is ever taken. Again, no big deal. I order and make it to the window and attempt to pay with cash and the lady looks as me, says I don’t have change for that, I just got started, and then says most people don’t pay with cash. I’m not sure which method most likely people choose to pay their transaction with has to do with me, but I appreciate the information, I suppose. I would’ve been ok with all of it, but your listed hours are 0500. It’s 0630. So you’ve just been started for an hour and a half. Attempting to justify the lack of being able to accept US currency by stating that most people don’t use it. But the worst part is she acted as if it was my fault and I’d done something wrong. So being that I left hungry, here’s an accurate depiction of why I left hungry.

Order food from here was supposed to be curbside but got a notification from the app to come inside with a code the employees couldn’t find it and manager refused to fix the order because she couldn’t find it in there system and was extremely rude to me and my wife now waiting for a refund honestly I’d go somewhere else this places makes the argument for McDonald’s workers getting minimum wage because the ones at this place aren’t worth more

⭐️⭐️ I don’t normally eat McDonald’s, but I’ve stopped at this location a few times over the past 3 months for breakfast on Saturday mornings. Every single time I’ve ordered an Egg McMuffin, it has come with ONLY egg and the muffin. No cheese, no Canadian bacon. The menu clearly shows cheese + Canadian bacon included, and that’s how the Egg McMuffin is supposed to come. Once could be a mistake… but this was 3 separate visits. At this point I won’t be returning to this location — I’ll drive to another one from now on. Just a heads up to anyone else: check your sandwich before you pull away from the drive-thru no matter how long the line is. Extremely disappointing consistency issue.

Drive-thru was quick, staff was polite and very thorough food was hot and fresh at 2:00 in the afternoon. Coke and Sprite tasted good. Everything I needed and even.............napkins.🥹. In the bag. My second time going through there within the last month and it's been great ever since.
