Nice staff and friendly. Good service. Not a fancy dress up restaurant but great for everyday relaxing family dinner time. Pretty typical standard food fare for an Italian themed restaurant. I'm pretty sure Italians own and cook the food in this establishment, not Hispanics, which seem to be taking over Italian themed restaurants in the Winchester Virginia area and the valley in general.

FREEZING COLD WAIT FOR TERRIBLE FOOD
Honestly, it was a restaurant pretending to be Italian. The food is obviously trucked in from a Cisco-like company, and the 7 guys in the kitchen sure weren't speaking Italian.
My wife had their ridiculous version of Eggplant Parmesan, which was a few slices of eggplant buried in two pounds of watery angel hair pasta. Her plate resembled a bathtub full of Luke warm water.
Hey! It's called a collander. Use it! We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time anyway. Another few minutes would have actually helped.
I ordered the sausage, onions, and pepper sub. Instead of a robust sandwich, Italian Touch slices the sausage into tiny little medallions. I ordered a large sub and counted 11 slices the size of U.S. quarters. I ate the fixings and left the roll behind.
Cooks (not chefs!) sometimes crank up the A.C. to keep cool in the kitchen, which is good for the chef's, but the dining room temperature was cold enough to wear a winter coat. Even the waitstaff wore sweatshirts!
Our waitress saw how disgusted we were and did the minimal to engage us. The manager never once made an appearance.
They have decent salads. I'll give them that.

PSA. I went to the Italian Touch in Middletown thinking that my boyfriend and I were going to enjoy lunch; however, when I asked for a box to take my leftovers home- the box was filled with dozens ROACHES. With there being no other customers present at the time, I feel compelled to advocate for everyone's welfare. They are also overdue for an inspection, it's been over a year and a half.
