This hidden gem offers 5 star food and service. 21 spoons has become our favorite Sunday brunch spot. Chef Quay (LaQuasia Knight) hits it out of the park with every dish, but the Egg White omelet is like none other. It's a work of art (open face, with diced ham, onions, spinach, and topped with cheese and fresh tomatoes and field greens. While I've tried something new every visit, my husband only orders the Egg White Omelet. He says, "why change it if it's not broken". The customer service is amazing, with the owner and server sharing duties and mingling with customers. Today, I'm sharing pics of the omelet, frittata, breakfast potatoes, the pastry tower, and a pic with the owner and Chef. The menu is so creative and everything is bursting with flavor. We absolutely love this restaurant.

Vegetarian options: In my experience, this restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our requests and modified a menu items for us.

10 out of 10. From their service, their drinks and food - it’s all a 10. Have had the pleasure of going here a few times, every time is a home run. Their pork Schnitzel is phenomenal. Any appetiser is delicious, their mixed drinks are amazing. Not enough words to describe the symphony of balance, respect, and flavour each dish embodies. Do yourself and loved ones a flavour favour and book today. Dinner dates, special occasions, get togethers and everything in between - 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered over 8 different items from the menu, they were all so good. The picked apart charcuterie plate is the only photographic evidence we ever ate at 21 spoons. It’s that type of good.

Really great, unique place. Not the kind of place you are used to in chesterfield, they make incredible and creative cocktails as well as creative dishes. The service was fantastic and we really enjoyed the meal

OVER RATED! Four of us for Sat night dinner
Meal was not good. Fried green tomatoes was the only thing he that was ok because crab cake was fine. Also ordered lobster risotto which had NO FLAVOR and the portion was half the size of the next table over and lacked the same parm cheese on top. My Wife ordered salad and added chicken. Which was barely out of the fridge. It was cold and tasteless. Hanger steak was cooked ok but also had no flavor. Very disappointed. For a $200 bill. Stay away! Or just get ripped off like we were.

Oh. My. Gosh. I regret not discovering this little gem sooner. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. The service was warm and homelike and fun. The environment felt like a comfortable Sunday afternoon. The overall experience fed my soul.

The food: we had the Cochin de lait eggs Benedict. I forgot just how good bbq pork shoulder could be. And that BISCUIT?! No words. We also got the spinach mushroom frittata. It was so light and airy yet deeply flavorful!!! The tomatoes on top were just decadent. We also got the whiskey pepper black pepper bacon. Once I put it in my mouth, I knew that I could never eat regular bacon again. Who knew bacon could be so perfectly rendered??

The drinks: first up was the espresso martini, made light (your choice of dark or light) with a shot of Baileys. Delicious!!! But it in no way compared to the Bloody Mary, made spicy. It came with basically a full charcuterie board (see pic) with a boiled egg, bacon, cheese, prosciutto, salami, olives, cherry tomatoes, and gherkins.

Overall, this felt like a Michelin star experience. Thank you to the ladies who prepared our food and served us. You made our day.

Holy cow! What an absolutely delightful meal! Staff who seem to be actually enjoying the experience and glad to have you there!
Had the black sesame crusted seared tuna which was by far the best that I have ever had. Generous portion as well.It came with a corn, tomato, zucchini and onion succotash and cilantro lime rice...which was summertime delicious! Also ordered the burrata plate which was a feast for bothe the eyes and palate. Visit them soon!

Ok, I know a lot of people like this place. And I see why. The owner/manager, Ann, seems very nice, and I think they try hard to provide a good experience. That said, we had a really mediocre...perhaps less than mediocre...experience. The waiter didn't inform us about items that were unavailable/different than described on the menu. Our entrees took almost an hour to arrive. No one checked on us, we had to flag waitstaff down for more drinks. Sorry, we won't be returning.

We had high hopes for this cute little place but were sadly disappointed. I hope this review helps them correct course. Food: it was just all disappointing. We started with the peach and goat cheese focaccia. It was, I’m sorry to say, just plain stale and tough and had no hint of peach or goat cheese. The burrata was wildly over salted. My entre was vegan scallops - trumpet mushrooms and barley. The best dish of the night but was flat and just sorta missing something to tie it together. Kitchen sprinkled salt in the middle but didn’t help. My wife had the lobster risotto. Lots of lobster and big portion - great. But topped with several large button mushrooms that were undercooked and we just couldn’t figure out what they were doing there. Drinks were charming and vintage glassware fit them well. Terrific chairs and welcoming atmosphere. Nice space. We had dinner early on July 5, in case that helps the owner. I don’t write bad reviews lightly so I do hope this helps her.

Four of us dined that evening. We were all excited about trying this new place that had received excellent reviews. Sadly, we all came away extremely disappointed. One dish actually came out cold. This was a polenta stuffed pepper. Unfortunately the person that ate this later had severestomach distress for two days from it. The food was overhyped, and underwhelming. The so-called deconstructed potato salad that came with the schnitzel special, turned out to be very greasy potatoes with a dollop of egg salad on top of the schnitzel, which was dry and rather tasteless. The branzino was one of the bright spots, very well prepared. The cabbage side that came with it however left much to be desired. My own dish of lemon risotto and scallops would be the only one that any of us would truly recommend. We had two appetizers, The crab artichoke croquettes, and the house made focaccia. Everyone thought the croquettes greasy, and the focaccia was extremely dry.I think the thing that was most disappointing is that the owner was there, very friendly and visited our table. I would much have preferred her being in the kitchen overseeing our food. This is where the chef belongs!

Everything was intentional and very thought out, from the decor to the service and especially the food. The presentation was amazing and the food was spectacular. I tried it all and enjoyed it all. There were no complaints at our table.
