This is a straight drive-thru cofffee shop.They offer a good assortment of drinks, friendly service and fairly quick pick up, although the lines may be a little long. I must caution you that you need to be careful at the entrance and exit merges as this needs to be set up better.

I usually go to the location on le Gordon but went to this location today. I have never been so disgusted by how I was talked to. I asked for light ice but instead received a light drink and extra ice. I showed it to them and they told me my definition of light ice, is different from their definition. And to have a nice day. I have never received this treatment at the other location and I hope the owners of this location teach service, because that was most definitely not it. As you can see from my picture, it’s all ice.

I love the variety on the menu. I only wish there was consistency in the making of the Americano. It's like some people are afraid to add the correct amount of water to give it that mild coffee taste for those of us who like coffee but not strong black coffee.

Sadly when I was in Lynchburg I had a good experience but here it was horrible. I purchased 2 blondie pumpkin spice hot one sugar-free and one regular. I left a $7 tip. The sugar-free tasted like dirt and mine was not bad until I got to a bunch of chunky stuff at the bottom which made me wonder if it was just grounds or maybe dirt. I guess I'll wait until I go back to Lynchburg or maybe until the one in Colonial Heights opens before I try this place again. But I will never go back to the Midlothian store.

Coffee is great. Better value for the money than Starbucks. Employees are always super friendly. Service is fast. The parking lot drive thru design is a bit of a nightmare. You have to basically drive around the place to get in line no matter which way you enter and cross in front of the cars exiting. Whoever designed the traffic flow was not the brightest crayon in the box. I only go when it's not a high volume time for that reason.

Shout out to the crew at 7 brew. My car broke down on Midlothian turnpike when I was out with my daughter. One of the amazing crew members came out with water and offered to help. It really was refreshing and I really appreciated the water!!
Such a welcoming place with amazing coffee and great service! Especially Cassidy, she was so sweet and gave me so many great recommendations! The nightshade is my go to now!

My complaint is that when we pulled up to order I asked the employee for a little help/suggestion since I am sugar free and don't care for chocolate/mocha or salted caramel in my coffee. He was absolutely no help and offered no suggestions. That was disappointing since other coffee establishments are more than happy to offer suggestions. I was really trying to give my business to an establishment other than Starbucks however with that being said Starbucks always offers suggestions when asked. I just ordered what I make myself at home- iced oatmilk latte with sf pumpkin, caramel and vanilla...
