Love 7 Brew and I'm glad they are finally in the area. I've been visiting this location since opening, and it used to be my number 1 stop. Lately service hasn't been amazing, i'm not sure if workers are just tired or what. The OG crew was always friendly and held conversations. Several times this week I was met with attitude and annoyance when ordering like it was a burden to be there. Yesterday, my drink was almost dropped on me because the server was joking with co-workers and not paying attention.
I still will visit, because they make amazing drinks. However, I hope workers get the rest they need and find their enjoyment at 7 brew again. (Miss the Good Vibes)

It was our first time here 11/24 7:30 pm we got serviced by Rya if that’s how you spell her name . She is wonderful very sweet energetic and loved how she interacted with me and my family as we waited for our drinks . She gave us good recommendations for next time and we will definitely be coming back .

After finishing a medical procedure, my husband attempted to uplift my mood by taking me to 7 Brew. We informed the girl taking the order, who had her hair in a ponytail, was wearing a black 7 Brew sweater, and was on the larger side of the spectrum, that I needed a little patience due to my recent procedure. She became nasty and impatient, tapping her nails on the iPad and rolling her neck. She was in a rush to get to a white car with a brown French bull dog. She must have known the person in the car because she spent more time catering to that person and sipping from their drink while ignoring other customers. She left her other coworkers, especially the one named Max, to pick up her slack. To whoever is in charge of HR at this location, you all need to clean up shop and that girl should be fired. I wish I requested her name so I could state it in this review, but I am sure the folks at your store can identify her. There is no reason to have such poor customer service. Her actions and behavior were unacceptable for any customer to receive. If she cannot grow up and handle an adult job, then she should not have one.
