Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went to try the OM Cheeseburger. I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years. The atmosphere looks the same. It is past time for a renovation. The burger is being hyped but it was decent enough for the price. My server was very nice but we did experience long waits for the check. My company was everything. All in all, we enjoyed the experience.

When everyone said we want to go to Applebee's I was hoping for a comeback and for some areas it was better. Staff was nice. Just the food was all over the place on timing, flavor, and temperature. All the pastas and some peoples fries were cold and seem to take a long time...it was not busy at all..only one person decided to send back since we have all worked in resturants.... The one appetizer came out 35 seconds before the food and the waitress was wonderful but having to deal with the kitchen errors and she was new-ish as a waitress. I cant recommend this location which stinks because the food can be decent and affordable.

It's a nice out of the way resteraunt. Great atmosphere terrific servers. Cost is reasonable. Great for a date as you can have your privacy too. As well as watch a game on TV

Great food and service. I had the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes x 2 since I love them. The server was very pleasant and nice. It has been a while since I went to an Applebee’s but now I won’t wait too long before I go again.

Half the tables were empty, but the wait was going to be 45 min at 10 pm. We didn’t stay. Stuffing issues I assume.

Had the grilled cheese cheeseburger and it was great! Sat at the bar and Charlene took great care of us. We were in from out of town and really enjoyed the feel of this atmosphere.

This place is dirty, dark, and severely understaffed. There's nothing like getting slow service and cold food. Outside is unkempt and needs some attention as well. Power wash your building and parking lot, and tend to the overgrown landscaping. I don't see this location lasting much longer to be honest. We won't be back, have given the restaurant plenty of chances with dine in and carry out, and have issues every time.

Applebees on Midlothian..I went for dinner with my Husband and grandaughter..We sat 15 min. Before anyone came to take our order. After about 30 minutes we finally received our food and it came out cold..with none of the condiments that we ask for. I sent my fries back and ask for hot fries which took an additional 20 minutes!!..My grilled shrimp were luke warm but being that I'm a diabetic and had already waited a while to get my food I ate them anyway while waiting for my fries. MY husband's soup was cold and tasted spoiled so we sent that back ..This was the worst experience I have ever had at Applebee's. MY grandaugters chix fingers were hard as a rock..

The staff is very unprofessional, there’s grown managers yelling at teenagers and belittling them. They are also very unorganized. They are continuously understaffed due to the way they treat their employees.
