Took advantage of the 2 for $25. Food was good. Husband had chicken and said it was a bit salty. They cook it off our ticket and even offered to cook another meal to his liking. Service was excellent. Corey was awesome!

We ordered our food to go and it came out like everything was flipped upside down and shaking 10 times. Haven't been there years and was really looking for to a steak and shrimp parmesan. Instead we got a freaking mess. My daughters chicken Alfredo was missing the sauce because it was all in the bag. I wish it allowed to send pictures of how terrible it looked.

Me and my wife just left there. We walked out. We was trying to place an order inside and the waitress Tracy was about to walk away I said hold on a minute she didn’t ask how I wanted my steak and I wanted to make sure it was medium and rare but I never got the chance to, I asked her I said hold up for a minute and she just Walked away I know she heard me. I was so mad you know I didn’t even get to finish to Let her know what I wanted on my order because my wife was sort of placing it for me. I was gonna say hey I wanted some gravy and mushrooms or something on my bourbon Street steak and I want to cook medium rare but she just walked away. Did I tell you I was so mad but anyway the host is there I asked to see if you can get Tracy to come back I’m trying to tell her I want my steak and add a few things on top of it like the mushrooms and stuff but I never got a chance like I said, so the hostess was telling her and Tracy stated to the hostess said I don’t care. So I asked to see the manager she acted like she didn’t even care ! that’s the thing what’s going on nowadays. So the manager came up he was polite. He wanted to know if I want another server I said no just let me pay for my drink and let me go. He said don’t worry about it so I left. I usually have another waitress Wait on us Lexi She is spot on very nice very professional very kind. . But anyway, this day wasn’t good

So disappointed. My husband and my food came out cold and the fries were stale. He got 2 x fries on his plate than I. (Plating should be consistent). People can tell when fries have been cooked earlier in day. Riblets no taste and dry, only taste was the bbq sauce. Did have nice waiter named Lukas.
Was in there to pick a door dadh order and the manager sat at the bar flirting and chatting with a customer she would start walking over just to continue to touch and flirt either the customer even tho the order I was waiting there but couldn't go in the server station. I would definitely recommend managerrs mot be sitting at the bar with patrons
